CANDLELIGHT FLORAL

This was a great experience, worth the trip from Brooklyn Park! The person who helped me showed me a few different arrangements. I decided to go with a dozen red roses. I mentioned that I had seen, either on the Angie's list website or their website, to ask about the Angie's List discount. The person who helped me said she hadn't heard of that, but gave me a discount anyway. There was another customer in the shop at the same time I was. The person who helped me did a good job of helping both of us at the same time.
The roses were beautiful, delivered on time to my wife's work, and lasted a little over a week.

Some minor problems at first but they were wonderful in following up and offered perfect service. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for flowers in the Twin Cities area. I was extremely happy with the work they did and their follow up care

Unbelievable experience on the phone. I believe it was 'Lisa' with whom I worked. She was incredible. She understood my thoughts on what I wanted to do, and discussed with me options. She helped lead the discussion - it felt like I was working with a real professional who know their business. In addition, they had all the flowers I needed, and in fact had some new ones coming in that, if nicer, would be substituted the day of delivery.

The 3-bouquets (10-flowers each representing a different theme) arrived as scheduled, and they were obviously well-received.

Vicki is a great person to work with. She has a ton of experience and knew just the right questions to ask. She did an amazing job with everything and her prices were very reasonable.

A few days before my anniversary, I logged onto Angie's List looking for a florist that would deliver flowers to my wife's new office. (my usual florist would not deliver to that location) I chose Candlelight Floral and gave them a call. To be honest, the phone service was a bit curt, but the flowers were delivered on time and were exactly what I asked for. The roses lasted over 5 days before beginning to wilt and were quite beautiful. All in all I was pleased and would recommend Candlelight Floral to my friends.

For Mother's Day I sent both my mother and my mother-in-law a floral arrangement from Candlelight Floral. They both arrived on time and in perfect condition. Unique arrangements, too. Side note: they had no idea what ''Angie's List'' is.

RECENTLY, MY HUSBAND HAD A FALL FLORAL ARRANGEMENT DELIVERED TO OUR HOME WHILE HE WAS OUT OF TOWN FROM CANDLELIGHT. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! IT'S LASTED OVER A WEEK AND STILL LOOKS GREAT! WE HAD CANDLELIGHT DO OUR FLOWERS AT OUR WEDDING SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND WERE VERY PLEASED. WE WERE ALSO AT A WEDDING THIS AUGUST WITH FLOWERS DONE BY THEM AND IT WAS VERY, VERY NICE. THEY ARE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED AND JUST DO A GREAT JOB ON FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS - WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
