I'd give them all "A's". I would use them again. They treat my pet like one of their own. They are professional, detailed, work performed in a timely fashion and friendly.

Professional and friendly staff.
Knowledgeable and caring.
Everyone from the person who greets you to the Veterinarians ( Dr Katrina and Dr Scott ) to the Techs are great! AND they have grooming services too.
Kept me well informed of my dogs status during surgery.
The crew at Watertown Veterinary are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this clinic.
I would recommend them to everyone they really care about your pet.

One of my cats died choking and screaming in the exam room while Dr. Phearman kept muttering that he didn't know what to do. Despite this experience I dropped off another cat at this clinic approximately 2 years later. My cats are strictly indoors and generally up-to-date on vaccinations however this time the cat was out-of-date on vaccinations. Because she was sick, I explained that I did not want her to have any vaccinations. Katrina phoned me at work demanding that I pick up the cat immediately because she did not want her staff to be exposed to an un-vaccinated animal.

Update in response to provider's comments:
I was not a member of Angie's List when this event happened, and I lived in a different home in the same town.
Euthanasia would have been something (as opposed to ‘nothing’) to do when my cat was dying on Dr. Phearman’s exam table. When I suggested it as I watched her in agony, Dr. Phearman said he did not know how to draw the medicine. It
would be interesting to hear why I paid for that visit if they did not charge me.
Later, a cat in my care was in critical condition and in need of a special diet. Watertown Veterinary Clinic had the special diet on hand and I was willing to give them a chance to make amends. Dr. Gustafson was at the desk when I picked it up and she said nothing to me.
In 2013 a friends’ elderly cat was in a severely declining condition and they determined it was time for her to be euthanized. Without my knowledge, my friend took the cat to Watertown Veterinary Clinic and at some point apparently mentioned my name. A month later I received a letter stating “We will do our best to provide your friend with the best veterinary care possible”. There was no explanation how they planned to provide veterinary care for a cat they had uthanized a month earlier.

Response from Watertown Veterinary Clinic
"We are saddened to hear of this client's complaints. She describes two different visits. During the first she arrived at our clinic with a cat that was already in agonal breathing and passing away. The doctor told her, “There is nothing we can do.” We understand how difficult it is to lose a pet and recognize what a traumatic experience that was for our client. We did not charge her anything for that visit. The second visit was in June of 2008, when she presented a healthy middle aged adult cat for a grooming. She was clearly advised by our staff that rabies vaccine is required for any routine services at our clinic. (This is a public health policy shared by most veterinary clinics.) This client insisted on leaving her cat until a doctor/practice owner was available to decide if the policy would be waived for her cat. Our doctor called her back and advised that this is our policy, and that she could choose to either have the cat examined and vaccinated against rabies, then be groomed, or she could decline all services and pick her cat up at her convenience. She chose to decline all services. Once again, she was not charged anything for the visit. We are saddened and confused about our relationship with this client; especially since we have provided veterinary services off and on up through 2010, and she was just here recently to purchase some pet food, at which time she did not express any displeasure with our service."

Very thorough visit. Dr. Katrina went over in great detail the instructions to get my dog over her illness.
