Video Surveillance Solutions

I used Video Surveillance Solutions. I was happy with that. They guy had to come back and adjust the cameras because he was new. There price was okay for 8 cameras and installation for $3000. The wires are kind of a nuisance. This is an old house so they had to do what they had to do. I think the quality is good. There were a couple of missed appointments and stuff. One problem I have is they have a user's manual but it's virtually unintelligible so it's kind of useless. It's hard to get the most out of the system without having to call with questions. The guy did come out and sit with me one day and showed me how to do things that I asked him how to do and I made note. So I would say the follow up is kind of crappy. I think I would use them in the future. I might do some research for something else but I could possibly use them again if I had a different house that was needed for cameras. I don't expect to use them again because I've got there stuff.
