We recently purchased a house built in 1910 and removed all of the accumulated flooring to expose the original hardwood floors. Javier and his crew sanded the floors, removing the numerous decade old pet stains. They repaired several damaged areas due to wear and tear. The floors and stairs were stained/sealed a neutral to bring back the beauty of the original Red Birch and Red Oak wood. Every step of the way, Javier walked through the house answering questions and gathering our input as to the desired "look" of the project. The results are truly amazing!! The floors and the stairs look like new, we could not be more thrilled, with results far surpassing our expectations. Javier and his crew are clean, detail-oriented, and fast.
