Geoff gave me a quote to power wash my garage. It was very reasonable and the project was completed within a few days.

On time, very thorough and advised me of a repair that needed to be done.

Did part of the work and left claiming he needed to get more supplies. Never came back. I have tried calling texting and emailing. Left a huge mess of nails and wood. It is been almost a month. I am now trying to get my money back by filing a claim. So upset. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

Owner has a number of home improvement skills. For the areas that he is not as skilled, he knows other professionals he can sub-contract the work to.

He came earlier than scheduled, evaluated the gutters and advised me that the following was needed: 1) The old screens we had in the gutters were trashed; 2) Recommended a Gutter shield all the way around; 3) Took a hose and cleaned all 4 gutter openings and ran the hose down all 4 holes and cleared them and cleared out the sludge tha t had built up

Geoff and his wife and son worked on the various stages of the cleaning, preparation and staining of our peeling, hail damaged deck. They were prompt, courteous, thorough and they did a beautiful job of transforming our worn and damaged ugly deck to look like new. Would highly recommend Horizon Home Improvements and will definitely call them again for future projects.

Horizon was responsive to my desires during the project to clean and stain 3 decks. Took a bit longer than I expected to get started but I did not communicate that and there was not a start day on the contract. Good price and quality of work.
