Sam does great work and is truly a professional. In my experience some contractors will only return a call or text when it benefits them. Not the case with Sam. He is in constant communication on how the job is going, costs, and anything else that might come up. Sam calls people back or texts if preferred. If an expense comes up that wasn't built in Sam will let you know and not gauge you like other contractors. He is a perfectionist and his work is top notch. I can't say enough good things.
