Superior was AWESOME!!!! We interviewed 4 high quality contractors and selected Superior because they listened the most to what we told them we wanted. Their plan was exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't be happier with the end product. They went above and beyond. And they had great ideas that helped us as well. One of the most important things is they delivered on time which was extremly important to us. 110% satisfied.

Haven't received the bill yet

This was our second year using Superior to blow out our irrigation. I called to confirm (no confirmation call from the company). I gave the office administrator my name, address and phone number. She confirmed that the appt would be the next day in a certain time frame. We came home the next evening and noticed it hadn't been done. When we called to find out what happened, we were told they went to another person with a similar lame in a different city. We rescheduled for another day. We were planning on being out of town when they arrived, but just happened to stop by home before going out of town for the weekend. He did not knock on the door to see if anyone was home. The guy blew out the irrigation lines and left without closing the garage door, leaving 2 vehicles sitting in the garage. Fortunately,, we were home. If we weren't it would have been very possible our house would have been broken into. When we left a message to get a call back from someone, we never got one. Poor customer service leads us to go elsewhere for future business.

The crew stayed and finished the installation and set up on the first day, despite dealing with some delays and challenges.

I had Superior install a Hunter 6 zone lawn sprinkler system that covered our 100 x 120 feet yard. I wanted the best system that in my opinion was installed by a very experienced crew and seemed reasonably priced. Brian was the salesman and installation foreman. He also assisted in having the plumber replace my sump pump and ran piping to discharge away for proper drainage. I highly recommend Brian and Superior.

They were on time and did the job quick and got it right.
