This is my second time going to Matt for a home inspection. This is now our second home, which is larger, older, and has a water well onsite. Matt was extremely thorough, which I needed as peace-of-mind when buying a home with potentially more concerns. He was able to share advice on the age of the home and expected challenges, which helps when coming up with any counteroffers and preparing savings money for future repairs. He is always punctual and does a great walkthrough the home to explain himself before sending the report via email. His attention to detail is amazing. Recommend him 100%!
