It went fantastic. He was very personable, friendly, fast, convenient and accommodating. He programmed the key and the remote. It was a complex key that the dealership would've charged me double for the same service. They don't have office hours on Saturdays, but he called me right back and opened the doors just for me at noon.

They made a replacement car key for my Honda Ridgeline.
