Awesome I pulled in and explained that my dealership said my tires would need to be replaced soon and I asked if he would give me a quote for new tires. He started by inspecting my car. He said my tires were still good that I probably wouldn't need tires for a year or so. Then he showed me how to check the tread depth myself. It was awesome! When I do need tires I'm definitely going to come back !

The manager Patrick Knight is excellent to work with and is likely the best in the business. They were able to squeeze my vehicle in the same day I called in despite not having any available appointment times. I dropped my vehicle off and was surprised that they had it done within the hour, all 3 tires replaced, rotated, and an oil change and inspection done. Patrick went over the mechanic's notes with me explaining which items were necessary and what things I might want to do in the future. He was excellent to deal with and handled a busy lobby with ease.
I have used this shop before and will continue to return; I highly recommend!!!

I needed immediate help do to a bad battery. It was mid-day Saturday and Precision Tune got me in right away. They discovered I needed a new battery and replaced it promptly. My biggest complaint is that they charged me two fees for the diagnostic work that came to about $60 bucks. I don't think you need to pay and 60 bucks to know someone has a bad battery. The work they did was great but the cost would keep me away in the future. No one like to be nickel and dimed.

They came out and told us that the belts on the car were about to break and that they needed to get them fixed immediately. I took it to get a second opinion and they told me that they belts were fine, and she is still driving on those same belts. I feel that they were trying to scare me into paying more money for unnecessary work.
