Hired Arbor Tech under a promotional deal for a three-person crew and equipment for seven hours. Was EXTREMELY please with the job. I was contacted by Tom and the date set about three weeks later. "TJ" and his crew showed up exactly on the date and time agreed to. They have state of the art equipment to handle any tree work. I was impressed on how efficient the crew was. I got an incredible amount of tree work done. I have many trees on my Shoreview lot and it looks so much better after Arbor Tech did their thing. Definitely would hire this company again!

We had scheduling difficulties so it took a long time from purchase to completion, but THE JOB THAT THEY DID WAS FANTASTIC. They came with a chipper and thoroughly cleaned up the trimmed branches. They were respectful of my surrounding area to ensure that some lighting was not damaged.

The guys were on time and worked extremely hard while they are at our house. They accomplished more work than we expected. The crew was also friendly, polite, and professional. We will definitely have these guys out again the next time we need tree work done. They greatly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the work they performed.

They were very good. There was a large crew and the work was done quickly. Suggestions were given on what work we may want done. It was a nice job. Price seemed a lot but then I haven't had my trees trimmed in years and I did not want to bother with a second estimate. I considered for the crew size and type of vehicles it was reasonable.

The crew did a great job and left the site clean of debris. They worked quickly and did everything I needed done. Nice work!

original advertisement was confusing on Angie's List, as was the contact procedure with the supplier. Once established, the supplier was fine. Timely and professional

It would be nice if the company would return my phone call so I can get on their schedule to get the work done. I would like to give a better rating but I feel that when a company calls to schedule and leaves a message they should return the call from my message. It's been five days since I called and they have yet to call back. Seriously now, I'm willing to spend the money but can't get a phone call.

Very well. The 3-man team who worked on our yard was very experienced, efficient, and hard-working. They cleared the yard of all debris and left it cleaner than they found it. I have never seen more efficient work.

I gave them 3 choices of dates. It's been 3 weeks. They never even called, so I asked for a refund.

On a more positive note, I did appreciate the efforts of the tree trimmers to preserve symmetry. I had three old, tall trees that needed trimming. I realize that such trimming is quite precarious. The tree trimmers were very careful to keep me and one another safe and out of the way of falling branches. However, I would not use this company again or recommend it to anyone else. I think I deserved an even hedge and better clean up from a service for which I spent $1700 (actually $1900 minus the $200 coupon I purchased for $400 worth of work.) I can't help but be suspicious if I really received a $200 discount.

Scheduling was difficult, as I had to get in touch with the vendor, who blamed Angie's List for providing them with bad contact information. Once scheduled, I was definitely experienced an upsell, purchasing more services that I had expected, but the work was done well and professionally.

The crew of about seven guys arrived on schedule and went straight to work. Due to the cottonwood being over the top of power lines, next to a fence, and having a koi pond and fire pit/ring very nearby they had to climb and rope drop every single cut. They did a great job and cleaned up well before they left. The stump was 60" in diameter and was rotted in the center. They started at 9:00 AM and pulled away from the house at 5:25 PM taking a short break in the morning and afternoon along with a lunch break. Overall very professional and hard working bunch.

Fine, on time and quick work. Some confusion about our final cost bases on the "deal" for which we had paid Angie's List, but that was cleared up quickly.

The sales person was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. They were able to suggest things to do to the tree. The men cutting the tree were very knowledgeable, and the tree looks great. I am very satisfied.

The crew kept up a steady pace, and within six hours the trees were taken down and removed, and the yard was cleaned up of all the debris. They took precautions with things on our property, and we appreciated that they listened to our concerns. We are extremely satisfied with the competence of Arbor Tech and would highly recommend them.

TJ and his crew are about to leave, having accomplished everything that I asked them to do, in less time than I thought would be required. They arrived in a timely manner with plenty of equipment and a chipper, and are they ever efficient! They suggested additional trimming for trees I had not anticipated, and felled the trees in our back yard (it is a wooded slope) in a safe manner (for us and them). They cleaned up very nicely, and were careful to minimize damage to our soil. This was truly a bargain. I had been contemplating doing the work myself but am so glad I hired this company, and will definitely consider them again, as well as recommend them to friends.

It went good. It was $1233 that I had to pay out of pocket.

Travis showed up to give us an estimate at the scheduled time and was friendly and professional. The crew also arrived spot on the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. They were careful moving large equipment in and out of our backyard. They removed and chipped all that they cut and left our yard looking great. They even raked up any remaining twigs on the ground! At the end of the day the charge was exactly the estimate. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We bought a $500 coupon for $250. Travis came out within a few days and provided an estimate to remove some large dead trees. The cost was too high so we decided to have just the good tress trimmed. We arranged a time the following week. Travis arrived on time and we walked the yard together, discussing which trees to trim and how high he would bring the lower branches up. The crew of 4 arrived within an hour and started to trim the trees. The large trees in the back required the use of the lift. Unfortunately, the ground was a bit soft in the back and the machine left ruts. We were disappointed as Travis had indicated that the machine would not do that. The crew did a great job cleaning up all of the cut branches and left the mulch where we had requested. The trees look great. We would have them do more work in the future, but would wait until later in the spring.

The price he quoted in the beginning ended up being for only one tree, and then we had to pay more when he took the stump out. It was more than what we excepted. It ended up being expensive. We went on vacation. We told him what we needed, and he came out a couple of days after we left on vacation. What he did was fine, it was the surprise of paying more for the stump. It was $500 more to take one tree out. He was fast and he was professional. To have that kind of surprise to remove one tree, I wouldn't use them again.

I had a great experience with this company. I purchased an Angie's List Deal coupon for tree service. The only negative I had was trying to schedule them for an estimate. There was some phone tag and slow responses from them. However, once they arrived they went through each tree in the yard and talked about my options. I considered cutting down more trees, but the tech recommended a thorough trimming to keep the shade and privacy intact. I'm glad I did that and I was very happy with the results. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. They took all the debris with them. I would recommend them to others.

They are good, professional and do the job well. I expected they would want to evaluate and trim all of my trees. It is the business model and typically the teams are incentivized to sell more services while at the job. All of the dollar suggestions they offer to do services are negotiable. Always.
