Description of Work: Tree trimming. Hard to gauge how much work they will do - if it's on an hourly basis or work basis. Used them twice in 2015 summer and was satisfied but confirm whatever work you intend them to do.

Description of Work: I hired Arbor Tech to remove some trees that fell onto other trees that had the potential to fall into the street behind my house. It was an urgent situation that needed immediate attention and unfortunately I didn't have the luxury of time to obtain other estimates. Others I called did not return my call. So while I give them high marks for responsiveness (they did cancel other jobs to respond to this situation), and high marks for quality and professionalism, I strongly feel like they took advantage of the urgent nature of the situation and charged me much more than was reasonable. I did have other tree trimmers assess the costs I was charged recently (as I have had other work done in my backyard) and all were astounded at how much I was charged. For that reason I would not hire them again. I have found another company I would hire in the future.

Description of Work: We bought a service valued at $500.00 for $249.00. We realized we'd have to pay more but never envisioned over $4000.00. The statement was not itemized and to use a credit card we had to pay an additional fee. We feel they did a good job but really expensive. We wanted the hard wood saved for our fireplace but they chipped most of it. The clean up was fair ... Rode over our edging, left debris in the rocks and front wooded area. Overall, we were disappointed.

Description of Work: They cut down a large tree in her backyard, and ground the stump. There remains a large section of root, and some of the workers tromped on our flower garden, but they made it right immediately and gave us a discount. Otherwise they did a great job.

Description of Work: They came fully prepared to do the job. They removed one pine tree and several bushes in my front yard. Now I can see my house from the street! |Several trees were trimmed that had low-hanging branches.

Description of Work: I purchased and Angie's list deal for $149.00. They were very prompt in contacting me and setting up a date for the near future. They arrived on time, 5 trucks and 7 men. TJ and I discussed what needed to be done and it all could be done for the amount I had already paid. They were all very professional in trimming one tree and removing one tree and 3 shrubs. |They all worked together to get the job done quickly and to complete the clean up. For $100 more TJ set up and appointment to come and remove the stumps. TJ even called the utility companies to have them come out to mark the gas and water lines. I will use them in the future and have already recommended them the friends.

Description of Work: I met with the contractor on site and he said the work could not be done until December due to the type of trees that needs to be trimmed. He recommended I get a refund and contact him in the fall.

Description of Work: I bought a Angie's Big Deal. They contacted me within a couple days and scheduled the work. When they showed up we walked through the yard to identify which trees to trim. They weren't able to do a couple of the trees I wanted because it was the wrong season. We agreed on a few other trees to do. The work was completed in a couple hours. They cleaned up, shredded the trimmed branches and took everything away. I got a quote for the other trees and expect to call them in the fall to schedule the others.

Description of Work: They were to trim/prune to big trees in our yard and only one bush for the price on Angie's list. We had to contact them a couple times (because they did not call back) before they finally confirmed our appointment. Then cancelled appt. due to weather and wanted to push us back a week, to which we pushed for next business day. Work was not completed to standard one would expect. MULTIPLE (more than 20) dead branches remain in both trees as well as new growth branches left behind. Also, poor trimming job on front tree. One more entire branch should have been taken.

Description of Work: Using a hot deal, my crab apple tree was trimmed and pruned, old bushes removed, and stumps cleared. Arbor Tech Tree etc. worked quickly and thoroughly. They cleaned up the area.

Description of Work: Very professional and well managed team. Very pleased with the tree removal, chipping, stump removal and area clean up work performed. Definitely would use Arbor Tech Tree and Landscaping again.

Description of Work: Service was professionally done and workers very kind and friendly. They trimmed some large branches, ground a stump, and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely hire them again for tree service.

Description of Work: They ground two stumps and cut down two trees and then took the stumps out there. It went fine. They were on schedule and cleaned up fairly well.
