Called and set up time quickly, crew on time, foreman met with owners and explained process; worked quickly. removed materials from back and front; some very tight spots. foreman checked with owners twice and checked for satisfaction. Foreman provided contact for any corrective work as well as soil and seed for heavy trodden grassed areas as needed

I felt a little set up by the offer —$500 worth of tree work for $249. When they came they said $500 would not begin to cover what needed to be done and proceeded to tell us approximately $1250. So I felt that the $500 was never really on the table and it was just a way to get out to,or yard and put us on the spot for a much more expensive job. This particular job and what they wound up doing I can’t say that it was overcharged, but I never did have a chance to find out what the $500 I thought I had purchased would have Bought for us. So that left me feeling a touch unsatisfied..... Reason for not hiring again is that we will probably not need this kind of service again— and you really should have “not sure”as a choice.

They came out and the serviceman said it was the wrong time of year to trim branches on our dead tree. He was short with me and not very nice. I asked him how much it would cost to take the tree down and he quoted $3,000. He did not appear to be interested in doing any work that day and he left. I followed up with the company to see if they would honor the coupon at a later time and they said they would. In the meantime another company took the dead tree down for $1,200, they were very polite and professional (and I will hire them again). I hesitate to call Arbor Tech back to do anything; they should be more careful about who they send out to represent them. I am out my $200. They were supposed to do $400 worth of work for $200 but I the impression I had from the guy who came here was that it really wasn't worth their time.

The bushes and trees look awesome. They were quick and cleaned up everything before they left.

Excellent. They showed up on time and did all of the work I requested, exactly as I requested. I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $250 for $500 worth of work. They work I requested was an additional $108. I was also having my front steps replaced and they called me the night before and said they could come the next day. The Arbor Tech employee said they don't normally work while there are other trades on site, but the two companies worked it out and both got their jobs done.

Great, they took them down, made a few suggestions for other things, put on a super cool show with all their equipment and were done in a few short hours!

The company has never responded to my email trying to set up the service. Since they list an email address on their web site and on the Angies List coupon, they should be reading and responding to their email. I am not able to call during business hours. I would still like to use the coupon, if they will contact me.

I was expecting a reasonable value but was surprised that the "deal" basically covered them showing up. Had I extra time I would have investigated cancelling the services and going a different direction. My job was deemed "special" and a premium was charged. When they returned to do the work they could not perform the premium service and it was a real negotiation/battle to remove only a portion of the premium upcharge. Another red flag was they were not willing to put anything in writing on the front end.

Before purchasing the deal, I called the company and was told that their estimates are very comparable with others' in the industry. So I thought the deal would be a wise choice. I waited 3 weeks for the service since they said they were booked out. The day before the scheduled appointment, they called to reschedule and I refused. They showed up at my house the next day late, but that was not an issue until I showed them what needed to be done. Their estimate was almost 3 times higher than bids I obtained from 5 other companies. It was mind-blowing!!! After I told them that their quote was atrocious, the consultant went to talk with his boss (who was sitting in the truck the entire time), came back and said, "My boss' quote is actually even higher than what I just told you, but we'll give you a deal and can get it taken care of next week. We'll do an excellent job, probably better than those other companies." So he reduced a third of his price. After their discount and coupon, I would still save money by going with someone else. I can't speak for the quality of their service (though they talked highly of themselves), but their price is outrageous. I ended up canceling the coupon and got my refund (thanks goodness!). I used a different company that was 1/2 of Arbor Tech's "discounted price". They did an AMAZING job, and was very humble about it.

Contacted from them made within a couple weeks. I had to follow up several several times after determining in December date range that oak trees can be trimmed. I would get something scheduled and they would cancel about 4 times. I would wait a couple weeks and then call again. In March or so, close to far date range work was done. Consequence was insurance money I lost on roof repair since I chose that work needed to be done first.

Very well. They called and arrived based on the prearranged time. They were even available to do the actual work one day, after calling to verify the schedule would work for me as well. They did a very good job cleaning up the small branches and leaves. This was much appreciated!

The workers arrived on time, were professional, did an excellent job trimming all three trees, and left my yard clean. The only proof they were there was that the dead tree limbs were gone, the trees looked healthier, and the neighbor's tree was no longer hanging over our property..

They were fast, efficient and cleaned up everything.

Good. Their work is good. Only complaint is that when I told them to go around the house to access the maple tree, instead of using the neighbors driveway, they have ignored my request and have used the neighbors driveway to collect cut branches before they were removed.
