Description of Work: Tree trimming and root grinding. They needed to come back to grind a little more of the roots as it wasn't quite a complete job. They came back in adequate time and finished it well. Very professional.

Description of Work: I purchased $500 worth of service for $249. My main goal was to have an ancient apple tree trimmed, which included broken branches from apple overload. The branches were not extremely large, so as long as we had the Arbor Tech people available, I asked them to trim a medium- to large-size crab apple tree and several large bushes. The extra charge was around $310. Included in all of this service was complete removal of all tree limbs, bush branches and related clutter. I am very please with the work and professionalism of Arbor Tech!

I purchased the coupon prior to Bids--they are quite a bit higher. | |Cut several limbs off trees did well when finally got there. did not returned phone calls --Promised to show up then cancelled 2 times--then I had to email and call in order to reach him--equipment breakdown was the concern. Once they got to my house it took 2 hours BUT It took 3 weeks to get them here.

Description of Work: The team trimmed an apple and oak tree, and removed a bunch of buckthorn. This was the second time I had them do work. They came out in early summer and when they informed me that it was the wrong time to trim the apple and oak trees. They suggested November or December to do them so I had them come back and remove the buckthorn also. They were done in a couple of hours. Most everything was cleaned up and gone when they were done. The only small complaint I have is there were several small twigs that were left behind.

Description of Work: The team came and went right to work trimming the trees. Then they cleaned up. Very satisfied with service.

Description of Work: They are excellent. Clean efficient friendly knowledgable superb equipment. |They trimmed our trees and took down a massive oak. Stacked the wood and cleaned the yard perfectly. They also were respectful of neighbors property | |Only issue may be tire tracks on soft lawn, but that should be gone in the spring. |

Description of Work: They trimmed up two trees in my front yeard, trimmed the trees along my tree line in the back yard and ground several stumps for me. They did a great job and I am planning on using them in early summer to do some more trimming for me.

Description of Work: This was for a rental property. Original appointment needed to be rescheduled after my husband waited at the house for almost an hour. We couldn't get a hold of anyone to find out where anyone was. Turns out they called to reschedule and left me a VM, but I never did get a VM. Anyway, got a new appointment setup for the following week. My husband and I found it strange that they asked if we could possibly pay in cash. My husband went to the bank to get their $2k just to make things easier. We needed a receipt for taxes (being a rental property). They did leave us one, but they seemed hesitant to give it to us. Those two things made us feel a little uneasy - especially handing over so much money in cash. They completed the work we asked.

Description of Work: Remove one tree, and several old juniper bushes, trimmed 5 trees, stump grinding of 4 tree stumps. Very professional and provided good advice. Prompt, efficient, and cleaned up debris fairly well. Had to come back to grind four stumps because hydraulics went out apparently. Took them more than two weeks to get back, which was ok but about three calls were made before they returned my calls to inquire about a return date. They were very apologetic when they did return the call.
