I purchased a big deal for this service and there was nothing I disliked. I know they did not discount the price. They advertised like they would discount it, but when you get there they take it away.

The team members wore matching t-shirts with the company name on them. They were very polite and explained in detail what the job would entail. Very respectful to me and my neighbor's property. Other than the trimmed trees and the tree removal, I could hardly tell they were here! I have no complaints with this company. Please note, I really cannot remember exact date and cost. I would hire them again !

I called and left a voice message regarding a bid on taking down an old tree but my call was not returned.

My overall experience with them has been excellent. They are absolutely unbelievable and their prices are outstanding.

On Saturday, June 22, we contracted Arbor Tech to cut up and remove the debris of an almost 50-year-old silver maple which had blown down from a recent storm. The price was high, especially considering that the tree was already down and access was straight forward, but we wanted the tree cut up and tree contractors were at a shortage because of the recent storm. My wife discussed with them about leaving wood, which intuitively made sense to us because the contractor would not incur the expense of hauling it away; they agreed. They showed up on Sunday and left before finishing, giving the reason that they needed to remove trees resting on houses. I added some brush from other trees which they did not did not like. We agreed on an additional charge of $60, which did not show up on the final invoice and indicates how small volume the additional brush actually was. They did not show up on Monday and I called them that night. They said that they would return on Tuesday, which they did not. I called them Tuesday night and requested that they at least remove the portion of the tree that was on my neighbor’s yard. They arrived on Wednesday morning. I discussed with the crew that I wanted them to leave the wood. They asked about the smallest diameter, and I showed them. They also asked me to what length I wanted the wood cut, and I showed them a 16-inch-long piece of firewood. When I returned that evening, all of the wood was gone except for a few small, uncut 3- to 4-foot long pieces. Further, rather than driving one track through my daylilies lining the road, they drove over about a 20-foot wide strip. My son also told me that they left empty plastic drink bottles and cigarette butts laying in the work area. I called the contractor on Thursday to ask whereabouts of my wood. The response was that it had been sent to composting. He said that he wished they had contacted me before they sent the wood away. The representative also said that they would drop off the same kind of wood at a later date. The contractor was not in contact with us until they came unannounced on July 31 to grind the stump. Again they took the remaining 6-foot length of tree, did not contact us and left the final invoice on the door. I called them the following week (8/7) and another representative called me back. He said that out of the 58 other customers in the area, I was the only one to complain. I asked for compensatory wood for what was hauled away, which I estimate would have been about 10 face cords. He said that they are not in the firewood business and why would I want all that wood, (of course this should be none of his concern). He said that they would bring by some 8-foot-long pieces for me to cut up. At this point I became concerned about what kind of wood, what form it would be in and how would it be dumped on my yard. I then proposed that they discount the invoice for the value of the wood they took. The representative then told me that the discount was my intent all along; it was not. I then asked, what if I do not pay the invoice. His response was, “I guess you’ll see.” When I asked him what that meant, he would not answer. Although their phone number is listed as a 763 area code, their base of operations is in Sauk Rapids, MN. Early on they told me that they were removing trees in the Sioux Falls, SD area after an ice storm last winter which means these guys get around. Am I the only one out of 58 customers in the area to complain? Given the representative’s defiant and defensive tone, I have my doubts. It is my opinion that Arbor Tech provided a substandard service at a premium price.

Men worked efficiently as a team. Limbs came down safely and the yard was cleaned up.

They did the job, when they said they would, for exactly the price they quoted. They Cleaned-up well and according to my wife were very polite and pleasant. What more can you ask for? They did a good job.

They were in neighborhood doing other work and I asked for a quote. They performed service yet that afternoon. Very professional and efficient work, cleaned up after themselves, and put fence back in place. They were able to work around a play structure, our fence and within close proximity to the house.

We lost 3 very big pine trees and a birch in the winds on the morning of 19 June. We had called 2 other places, still haven't heard back from them. Their flyer was on our door. We called them in the afternoon on the 19th after doing some work ourselves. They came over within 30 min of our call gave us what we thought was a very fair price and the best part, they said they could be over the next morning! We accepted and are very glad we did. Very professional. Work was done quickly and workers were through and polite. Also gave us what we thing is a good quote to replace the lost trees.

We received a flyer from Arbor Tech. I called and TJ came over the next day and gave me a detailed written estimate for the work we wanted done. ( He was much more professional than another tree service guy who knocked on my door, gave me a verbal estimate, Didn't even ask my name or phone number but showed up the next day wanting to do the work and kept lowering the price which In the end was still higher than Arbor Tech's price.) The Arbor Tech crew did a good job,were very efficient and cleaned up when they were finished.

They were very professional and easy to work with. They did charge slightly more than the original estimate when ,while on site ,we asked that two additional very large tree branches be removed. Their total price was still almost $500 below the next of 2 bids we obtained from other companies. They did an excellent cleanup job and cut some pieces of firewood for us at no additional cost.

He was really busy and it took multiple times to come out to give us a bid. Also he had problems with other projects, so we decided that he was too busy. I wasn't impressed with their designs.

The house is new to us and we are hoping to get larger fruit on the trees by thinning them up a bit. They did the job while I was sleeping since I work nights. I never even heard them. When I woke up the job was done. I did notice that 3 or 4 decent size branches that were cut were still in the tree when I went out and looked at the work a few days later. Coincidentially, they stopped by after they had a chance to work up a bid for some other work I asked them about and took the branches. Both Jason and T.J. were professional and courteous. As for the work, I am a little concerned about how much was trimmed off one of the trees. It looks like too much may have been taken off. Jason assured me it would be fine and that it could take a few years before the tree starts producing fruit. I guess we'll see. That would determine if I use them again for tree trimming. I would have no problem using them to cut down trees. Their crew seems competent and professional.

They were very professional and friendly. They did not damage to my lawn. They did a very good job and completed the job very quickly. I was very satisfied with their service.

It was a good experience. They came out and did an estimate and lowered the price according to other estimates we had. They did a really nice job about trimming a maple tree.

Their pricing was excellent. They were on time. They did an excellent job. Also good at sorting out ideas with what to do with the areas.
