Arbor Tech Tree & Landscape Inc

First off - this was an Angie's List Big Deal. (probably not going to bite on those again!) The deal was to get $500.00 worth of work for $250.00. When I explained to the young man that came and talked to me what I wanted, he said that would cost another $200.00. So I was really paying $700.00 for these two trees with the value of Big Deal ($450.00 actual out of pocket). I felt taken advantage of. The crew was supposed to arrive at 9:00 am and the got here at about 9:20 am. They cut the branches off, ground them along with some hedge brush I had on the side of the street, and were gone before 10:00 am. I will give them that they were efficient and they did clean up well afterwards. Not what I expected from a top Angie's List company. Disappointed in the Angie's List Big Deal also...

A full crew and were very neat.

It went very well. It was easy to arrange the date and time, 3 trucks with 7 men arrived, I spoke with them about what I wanted done and we agreed on a price (I had purchased a "Big Deal" and it was very clear how they applied that to the end cost of what I wanted done). It took about an a hour, they were very good about asking me about the trimming/pruning as they went. When it came to working on my neighbors tree I asked my neighbor to come over and talk with them so it was very clearly understood what I wanted done to his trees and why, and my neighbor was good with having it done - it went very well. One man climbed the trees and roped off limbs that were over the house or power lines, and other branches that were large and heavy The men on the ground all knew what they should be doing at all times. The $800 amount is what I actually paid. The actual amount that I would have paid without the "big deal" would have been $1200 and I believe considering the equipment and crew, that $1200 would have been a fair price. The equipment they arrived with wasn't insignificant - heavy trucky, chippers, etc. They arrived when they said they would, they did all the work they said they would, they left the yard very tidy. I would use them again. This experience was really great. My last "big deal" wasn't a great experience, but this one was.

Overall I was pleased. I requested that I be contacted when the work was being done so I could oversee/approve the work. However, the main contact instead talked to my wife who was not aware of the details.

These guys are professional and did an excellent job. They were on time and came prepared with right equipment for any tree job I needed. After was all done, I had no damage to any neighboring plants, trees or to the yard. Crew cleaned up the debris in the yard. These guys were courteous and professional. I'd definite have them back for future work.

They did a fantastic job! Made quick work of what I needed to get done and included it all in the Angie's List special price of $249 for $500 worth of service. Very professional crew. They cleaned up all debris and left the areas around the trees spotless. Would definitely use this company again!

Tom and his team were great and professional from the very beginning. I received an email to schedule a time shortly after purchasing the deal. The crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did an excellent job with the tree trimming an providing expert advice on which branches to trim and how to shape the tree. With the exception of a few tire tracks left by the machine (it had rained for two days straight prior to the work and the ground was saturated so I definitely do not blame Arbor Tech) the yard was cleaned up and you could not tell that they were even there! Very professional and very skilled. Great value, Great Company, Great Price! I would use them again in the future for sure. Highly recommended!

I purchased a $280 certificate for $500 worth of landscaping work including stump grinding. TJ called the same day I had purchased this from Angies list and set up an appointment for 2 days later. They kept all of their appointments and we negotiated the cost of removing the large stump. Because their stump grinder was too small for this large stump, they rented a larger grinder. They had delayed our removal date so they could obtain other grinding jobs in the area (the delay was less than two weeks which was acceptable to me). They had 4 other jobs lined up following ours that day. They arrived when they had said they would. Three workers were present to grind the stump and clean up the chips. They worked very efficiently, had very clean equipment and trucks, and were very professional in their job. They ground out the large stump, cleaned up all of the debris, and left the area very clean. Their equipment had large balloon tires so their was very little tracking and damage to the yard. A couple of days later the tracks had all but disappeared. I was very impressed with their performance and equipment. Note: the stump was in our back yard so the equipment had to be capable of missing sprinkler heads and other trees which they had to bypass and not damage. They managed this very carefully. I would certainly use them for any future tree management that I would have.

They were well mannered, professional, worked quickly and cleanly . It was like a dream come true!!! they swept into my yard fixed all of my problems and then they were off to help another lucky person.

They got back to me within 24 hours and let me know that they don?t service my area (zip 55410). They were very prompt about that.

Arbor Tech was great! They cleaned up so well you couldn't tell there were ever there. I would recommend Arbor Tech!

I purchased an Angie's List deal last week. Tom Heid called to arrange a time. I actually had to reschedule but he found the time to come the following day which worked for me. He and his crew showed up, did the job and cleaned up in about two hours. My backyard will now have some sunlight and the two pretty good sized trees that they worked on look good. More importantly, my wife was impressed as well. These trees were getting pretty bad and had many overgrown and not real attractive branches along with several broken limbs. I definitely would use these guys again. The price was right. No issues.

Arbor Tech Tree and Landscape did an amazing job of removing dead trees that threatened to fall on the house. I was concerned about falling debris on house and deck but they removed the trees without injury to the house or the deck which was directly below. Before they left, they cleaned up the deck, yard and drive so there was no trace of them being there other than the trees had been removed. They were effecient, professional and friendly and I would highly recommend this company.

I used a Big Deal that was for $300 of tree services for $149, and wanted to get additional work done. Appointment was for 9:00 AM and crew arrived shortly after 9:00. I showed all of the things I wanted completed, and we agreed on $500 above the $149 I already paid with the Angie's deal. It was kind of amazing because the crew started working on different things at the same time and were done in around 90 minutes. While I did not measure anything, I want to make sure to mention the trees and stumps they had to work on were mature trees and quite large/tall. The maple was losing lots of branches every time we got any sort of wind, so they thinned it out quite a bit. The crew cleaned everything up as they went and my yard looked great afterwards. I did not get any other estimates, but felt I got a good deal for everything that they did and the fact that they were prompt, courteous, quick, and did nice work. Would do business with them again and recommend to others.

Amazing job, and wonderful experience throughout. Purchased a Big Deal to get $300 worth of services for $149. Scheduling contact was prompt with great follow-up. Crew showed up as expected, and was kind enough to call me several hours ahead to confirm the arrival time. Very professional team. Discussed what I needed and hoped to have done, and several suggestions were made to improve on both the overall appearance and health of the trees. The amount of tasks accomplished under the covered services was very impressive. The trees look beautiful, very glad I agreed to their suggestions. Team did a fantastic job with clean up! Even the tiny branches were all swept up, and all the debris from shredding the many branches, some of which were quite large. Very courteous, pleasant and efficient team.

Once the date was set it went like clock work. Took about one hour total.

Crew did a fantastic job. Very punctual- got here when they said they would come. We pointed out what we wanted done, they made some suggestions which made alot of sense- better than what we were thinking. Very professional. Did a great job cleaning up. Recommend the without reservation and will definately use them again.

I signed up for the deal and was contacted to schedule within an hour. They arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job trimming up our tree. More than worth the cost of the service, cleaned up after they were done. I would use again and highly recommend them.

Great job and very professional, hard working, and courteous

We were contacted promptly after purchase of Angie's List deal. We purchased the deal on 2/23/15 and the trees were removed 3/1/15. We were thrilled to be scheduled so quickly! They arrived right on the scheduled time and were very professional. They worked non-stop to remove the 5 trees we wanted cleared and trimmed some additional trees. We are very pleased with the work done and will use them in future as well as recommend them! Thanks Arbor Tech for making sure my husband didn't try this on his own!

They did what I asked of them. They showed up on time and I would use them again in the future.

They pruned our king crimson maple which is the purple maple which is about 30 feet tall which I wasn't going to be able to do myself. It worked out well. They were doing other properties in the neighborhood as I recall. They work they did on our part was unsolicited on our part but I'm happy with the work. The scope of work wasn't that big. The clean up was quite good. They were quick and convenient. They were working next door grinding stump and made sure not to contaminate my yard.

I purchased a big deal for this service and there was nothing I disliked. I know they did not discount the price. They advertised like they would discount it, but when you get there they take it away.
