Do NOT use this company! We paid them for roofing & siding and they only did the roof job and then disappeared - would not return any calls or emails. And now we can no longer reopen the claim...

Rival Roofing must be having issues, because the phone number I had is no longer in service and if you call their main line, it tells you that they are having issues and to email. Well I emailed and no response. I had my flat roof completely remodeled by Rival Roofing. They removed the old roof that was leaking and put on a new roof. There were all sorts of issues, including me having to purchase the rubber from Amazon myself because a week before the project was starting they informed me that they wouldn't be able to get the supplies. Obviously with a leaking roof and spring coming, I was stuck and managed to navigate my way out. I paid cash, and the moment they finished they were hounding me (literally coming to my door unannounced to get payment). My roof has puddling, screws coming up and the skylights are leaking less than a year after installation. I have a 5 year warranty from my contract, and am now being ghosting. I'm going to have to pay another company to come fix the issues, and likely will have to have my roof redone within the warranty window. I will update this review if I hear from them and get help, but as of now please AVOID this company. Not reliable, not professional.
