YARD GUYS

I have a retaining wall that I want change it with a new one. It took them one an half month and they never finish. After many fake promises I decide to finish job by myself. at this point Jeff send me his friend Tomy to harasseme in my house, so I had to call the Police and Jeff keep calling me all time warning me that he's going to come in my propriety and damage it. Please pay attention who you hiring and get reference before taking decision. Now I can't trust stranger to come in my home. This guys I had to finish with them story in the court.

I liked that they were willing to do a small job. They came out and took a look at I wanted. They were able to give me an estimate right there. They gave me a window of time when they could get to the job. I was glad that I didn't need to supervise their work. I came home and the job was done. It looked great!

It went well. It took several day as expected because we have a large yard. Jeff was very nice and so was his crew. They cleaned up everything afterward and the foundation around the house looks 1,000 times better now. It was a lot of work. Jeff had his crew working the day after I emailed him it was OK to start. We will probably hire them for the back yard next spring.

Jeff was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He got the job done in a few hours, and the price was very reasonable (had two other quotes almost double and triple his price).

Jeff was prompt in setting up an appointment for an estimate, showing up for an estimate and completing the work on time. He scheduled the work at my convenience. He did the work very well. He was obviously knowledgeable and proud of his work. His bid was very competitive. I actually had one bid almost 3 times greater. I had to leave before he was finished. He returned the next day for payment, a nice service. I will use him again.
