We had an old jetted tub/shower taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower, toilet replaced, new granite counter top, sinks, and faucets installed. Everyone we talked with was kind and courteous. Although our granite counter top was cut too short, we were satisfied with how it sat and looked on top of the cabinet. Note: if we wanted it recut, it would have taken about a week to replace. I love my new bathroom.

We have hired Window Concepts twice now to install windows in our home. Most recently, we had a large picture window with two sliders installed and have been very happy with it. The installation was fast and professional. I only didn't give a 5-star review because the clean up after the job was completed was sub-par. There was broken glass from the old window left in the yard and some nails. Other than that, we were very please with the work.

Besides the installation being pushed back a few times they did a great job of installing the windows. A few of the windows that were installed were the wrong grid type and are currently in the process of being replaced. The representatives are were very good at getting back to us quickly on questions that we had & their prices were unbeatable so I would recommend this company

Went great, ordered garden window and slider for bedroom. Jason Freisinger project consultant did a excellent job presenting what had to be done. I highly recommend Jason.

Fantastic! Johnny, the salesman, was professional and knowledgeable; Kevin, the installer, was prompt, personable and did a wonderful job. We are extremely happy with the finished job. We had a very old, leaky bathtub that was no longer safe...we now have a beautiful walk in shower with a nice shower door. WE LOVE the shower wall material, a HUGE upgrade over the white walls in most showers.

Overall my experience with Window Concepts of Minnesota was a positive one. My two patio doors arrived approximately two months past the 10-12 weeks anticipated. I expect that was out of their control, but there was no communication from them about it until the patio doors arrived. The installation was rescheduled once by the installer; however, once the installation took place, both patio doors were installed in less than a day. A return trip was needed to correct one item with a minor communication issue on their end, but once that was resolved the problem was taken care of ASAP.

02/21/2018 at 2:30 PM. Salesman was quite perturbed that the husband wasn't available for receive the written quote. Wouldn't work with the lady of the house for a simple written estimate. Salesman left in a huff. Probably wanted a signature immediately. I won't do business with them.

It looks like we originally spoke to you at the home show at US Bank stadium. At the time you signed up we were offering a free $25.00 gift card to Holiday gas station with a free estimate, with the stipulation that all homeowners be present. We have been in business for almost 20 years and looking back all of the situations in which issues came up it was when only one party was present for the estimate. We highly recommend that all homeowners be present because we like to educate all parties in terms of the different window options. We do make exceptions to this if the owners have looked at windows in the past and know exactly what they want in terms of styles, glass options, color and quality. When our sales rep entered your home you had not gotten any other estimates and were not sure exactly what you wanted. You did mention to our representative that you wanted sound proof windows which we do not offer. We also leave written quotes that are good for one year and the vast majority of our clients call us back to contract work with us when they are ready."

Received a good quote and expected timeline for installation which was 10-12 weeks. Windows were not installed until 2 months after with little communication from sales team on when I should expect them to arrive. Once they were installed, they did a great job in negative weather on installing, communicating and cleaning up

Even though it took 4 months from the time I ordered my windows until they were installed, I couldn't be happier with the work, look and quality of the windows. They were a very pleasant company to work with and would definitely use them again for future work. Highly recommend!!

After a 5 month wait- the wait was worth it. We purchased a Provia Signet Door. Wow. It blows our socks off. While it is frustrating to always have to leave a message to talk with someone- your call and message is always returned- every time. Nice Job Provia and WC.

I had windows installed by Window Concepts just before Christmas, had some family and friends over and received some compliments on how great they looked. There were some hiccups and concerns prior to and during the installation, but I felt that due attention was given very quickly and kindly and felt that they truly were giving every effort to making me a happy customer. I had five estimates done including Window Concepts and had a dilemma with what to do with my kitchen window prior to all estimates given and the only best idea, (something I didn't know was even an option) was from the salesman who first came out from Window Concepts...absolutely love it now! A lack of a little more attention to some small details, to which had been resolved, is the reason for four instead of five, but overall I am very satisfied and enjoying my great looking, new windows!

Sadly I cannot recommend Window Concepts of Minnesota to anyone. Horrible customer service and its almost impossible to contact anyone. Here is my story: Everything started off well and I received a reasonable quote for 5 windows and gutters for my house. The salesman showed me a sketch of were the gutters would go, around all portions of my roof including 6 downspouts (this fact is important later). Then the waiting began. When I made my purchase in the beginning of June, I was told they were working 12 weeks out. This was not the case as my windows were not installed until mid October. The gutter install was finally scheduled the week of Thanksgiving, however this never happened. Window Concepts actually called me to see if the gutters had been installed, as apparently they do not keep up with their subcontractors. Finally in early December, after six months, gutters were installed on most of my house. One small section of roof was left without gutters and a downspout. When I asked Window Concepts about this missing section of gutters, they informed me that they had already installed 200ft of gutters including 6 downspouts when I had only purchased 140ft of gutters and 2 downspouts. If I wanted the last section finished, I would have to pay more. When I told window concepts that there were only 5 downspouts on my house and that it was not my fault if the salesperson made a miscalculation, they informed me there was nothing they could do. Overall this was a horrible experience for me as a customer. Please do not use this company.

Initial “price quote” appointment I was straight with the sales rep and told him I was looking for a quote only. Felt very pressured into making a decision to go with them that day. From other reviews I’ve read, I had a very similar experience as others where the sales rep offered us a couple specials and when we told him we aren’t ready to make a decision said he’d call his manager to see if he could do it at a lower price. After that cal he came down to a price we were comfortable with. Fast forward to 8 weeks later the install crew came with the wrong wrong storm door (the main door was correct.) Install crew was great and professional and cleaned up after themselves well. We were told it’d be another 4 weeks for the correct door to be ordered. I was not happy with the textured finish on the storm door that was incorr ct and made it very clear I did not want that finish on our correct door that was being reordered. It was never mentioned during our initial sales appointment that the kickplate or bottom panel of our door would have a textured finish. It looked very cheap. Well when they came to install the new storm door (the correct storm door from our initial order) , it had the same textured finish on the bottom. I told the installer I was not happy with that texture and he was very apologetic and said he’d take it back to see if they could just replace that panel. He tried calling the home office to see if he could reach someone while he was standing there with me and they told him they’d ha e to look into it and call us back. Well a few days went by and we heard nothing! So we called and they said they’d have the sales rep get back to us. Another week later we’d heard nothing. When we finally called back there was no mention of fixing the door, they wanted to schedule an appointment to install the door. I guess I assumed it was fixed at this point but they showed up with the SAME door they had a couple weeks earlier. No mention of ordering a new panel or anything to fix the issue. Extremely disappointed. The texture is horrible. Side note - all of the installers we worked with were wonderful. They were all professional, courteous and made sure to clean up after themselves when they were done. Too bad the rest of the staff didn’t have the same level of professionalism. I will not ever work with this company again.
