ULTIMATE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Ultimate Carpet was professional from beginning to end. He did a great job on our two area rugs and the mattress. The mattress had a smell which he was able to eliminate comletely, and the area rugs look fabulous. We are very happy. He made the whole process easy for us.

Ultimate is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used and will only be using going forward. I have a dozen of their business cards and plan to give to them friends, family and strangers on the street. We have had two unsatisfactory experiences with other carpet cleaners and Jon explained why we go the result we did. He was on-time, very professional and easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about this company. Reasonably priced and very responsive. Val, who schedules everything was wonderful too! Because they are so good, they book up fast, especially before the holidays - schedule with plenty of time prior to any special events.

I called Ultimate before a week-end, left a message, and had a very quick response. They were able to send someone out earlier than I had time for (a day I worked), but my not being home was not a problem. He was good with the dogs, who were then locked away to stay out of his way, and the job was done within a few hours. I appreciated the way Ultimate was able to work around my schedule; it was a quick and easy process for me.

We were very happy with the quality of the work. They removed some spots I hadn't been able to get out with my at-home machine. They did a good job on the stairs which hadn't been cleaned in quite a while.Their cleaning process didn't leave the carpet overly wet and best of all, there was no heavy chemical smell....just fresh and clean.He gave a hint on balancing the pH when using my home machine. Their prices look higher than those companies with specials and coupons but there were no mysterious add-ons, last minute changes or up-selling....worth the cost for great, non-toxic cleaning.

We had never had our white carpet cleaned to our satisfaction, and had basically given up. Ultimate did a wonderful job on even the oldest stains. We don't have pets, but we did have lots of ground-in dirt and pink frosting stains. Voila! Gone. We will absolutely use Ultimate again, and often! Thanks!

Ultimate Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on my carpets. The were on time, were friendly and professional. Thay took extreme care in cleaning the carpets, making sure the furniture and walls were protected when moving the cleaning apparatus around. I had some pretty dirty areas due to heavy traffic and they all came clean. Great job at a good price. If you hire these guys, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely use them in the future.

Val was very helpful and courteous when I called and made the appointment. We needed to have them clean our parents house as well and made the appointment for both at my convenience. They arrived on time, explained what they would do and how much it would cost, as well as how to care for it after cleaning. They promptly went to work while protecting the walls and other areas to prevent damage. They did an excellent job. Even the wear paths were clean, and that did not happen with other cleaners we have had over the years. The carpet is about 8 years old and it was been cleaned about every two years but previous cleaners could not get out the deep dirt in the wear paths so they were very dirty. Not after Jon got done!!! I could not find a dirty area anywhere in the house. I am extremely happy with both my house and the house of my parents (more important my mother-in-law is happy). I will use them from now on and will happily refer them to my friends and family.

Ultimate was right on time, and promptly did job. Val offered advice for spot cleaning pet "accidents" (we have three cats). I had used Ultimate a few years ago as well. And will again next time around.

We received a reminder card with our appointment date and time a week before scheduled. John Erickson showed up promptly at 9 a.m. as scheduled. He was courteous, clean, professional and brought a gift bag of additional spot cleaner and booties for us to wear after he was finished so we wouldn't get our feet damp. He was quick and efficient and the carpet was beautiful when finished. It was mostly dry by midafternoon as John had said it would be. We felt the price was a bargain and we will use them again and recommend them whole heartedly.

Booking was extremely easy and quite soon after call. Employee John was running just a little late, but called in advance to let me know. His work was exemplary. He told me about the limitations in treating dog urine stains and then exceeded my expectations. John was quick, thorough, and very professional. On top of all that, I thought the price I was charged was very reasonable.

I needed carpet cleaned right away; I called on Monday and they managed to fit me on on Wednesday. I vacuumed very thoroughly ahead of time. Cleaner actually came early after checking with me to be sure it was ok, gave me an estimate considering fact that house was empty-no furniture, the spots, etc. that had to be done and my time and budget and managed to do everything that I needed within the needed time frame and price. (He gave me $10. off because of Angie's List) . He also brought a goodie bag with shoe covers to use on the clean carpet, some spot remover that they will continue to give free. I was given lots of advice and info. about the carpet and its condition and care and instructions on how long to dry it and how to use that sticky plastic protector on it (2 days max). Drying time varies accoring to heat ahd humidity so I had to be flexible. Cleaner was professional and helpful and took time for questions, even time to show my inquisitive spouse how his equipment worked.. Carpet looked great after he finished.

Everything smells wonderful and looks great. He did such a thorough job that it all dried quickly too. He spent a lot of time on each piece and I appreciated that.

Arrived exactly at the specified time & completed cleaning in under an hour. Our carpet was very soiled & they were able to get it looking much better. Price was very reasonable. I have no problems or complaints at all.

Great results. These guys exceeded my expectations. They use newer, top-notch cleaning equipment and were very punctual. The previous carpet cleaning company left a grey, dingy, soap film that looked unsightly and John managed to remove it. I plan to use them exclusively in the future.

John was very personable. His work was impeccable. We love that the cleaners he uses are non-toxic! I've already recommended Ultimate to two friends.

My carpet and my chair turned out like they were brand new. They steam cleaned the carpet so it dryed in a matter of hours. They used products that were green friendly. They were very prompt and friendly. Because of my disability I couldn't move some furniture and they were more than happy to help me. They gave me some very effective stain remover for free. They also left me a goody bag complete with before and after pictures, candy, pen and pencil, and a hand written thank you note. They are also involved with a non profit organization called DART, which helps out the handicap and the elderly. They only schedule a few appointments a day so they can take as much time as they need each job. I have tried other big name carpet cleaners and they don't hold a candle to this company. I would give them an A +++ in every category.

Terrific! I am about to call them again. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and really really good at what they do. My house has a split-level entry. I asked Jon to do all the stairs, so he did the downstairs entry space too. I had shut the door to keep the dogs out of his way. When I opened the door after he left, the before and after was amazing! He also cleaned a persistent spot where the dirt seemed to be growing up out of the carpet itself (I had cleaned it several times, even got down and scrubbed with Fels Naptha -- it always came back.) I'm going to have him do the whole house before my relatives come to visit.

We chose this company because of all the good ratings on Angie's List. We did not have any specific problem areas to clean, but they did a nice job. I was glad to use a company and have no surprises.

I have used them quite a bit. They are very personable. Small family run company. Accommodating and flexible. And the important thing: they do a good job. We have animals and they are honest with letting us know results. But the carpets still look good.

They sent us prep instructions in advance, which was helpful. Val & John arrived promptly, inspected the rooms and explained what they would do. They completed the work quickly (a little over 2 hours) and were very careful with the furnishings. The carpets, which are 17 years old and had not been cleaned in several years, look better than they ever have--the steam-cleaining process works very well. Remarkably, they were able to remove stains that other cleaners had been unable to remove, and that we had given up on. To top it off, the carpets dried quickly and there is no residue. We will use them again!

They did a great job! I just had some remodeling done and my carpets were dusty & very dirty. The results exceeded my expectations! Very friendly & professional.
