After submitting an estimate .... 30 minutes later got a response. Michael came out that day. He was very professional. I received a verbal bid, followed by email with bid and insurance information within 24 hours. Arranged for a work date 3 days later. Workers arrived and did an excellent job and cleaned up the yard and the street. Great to work with.

Great work removing a large tree in our front yard. Complete stump removal (including the major surface roots) and grinding out. Clean-up was complete. Very competitive price. They even provided service to other neighbors who needed out some branches trimmed at the time. A very satisfied customer. Would highly recommend.

A crew arrived as scheduled and did the work fast and thoroughly for a good price. I hired them to take down two trees in a couple of weeks.

It went very quickly and efficiently. The men conferred how to keep the tree healthiest with the trimming, and were fun and gracious. I'd hire them again in an instant.

Darwin and his crew did an excellent job with the trees. We set up the job for the day that it snowed 5 inches ( in April). They still showed up and did a great job. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent communication, good and fair pricing. They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and worked the whole time. They cleaned up the areas where trees were taken down, returned the following day to grind the stumps.

Excellent job! Highly recommend. 100 year old oak tree was growing in between our deck about two feet from the house, leaning towards the house! Removed and cleaned up very well! Very fair price! Family owned company, great crew!

This outfit's work was so good, so professional, that to keep it short I'll relate only these points: On July 2nd a huge tree uprooted and fell against our house, taking down the power mast. Twin G made an estimate on the 3rd, and volunteered to work on July 4th to clear the part of the tree that was against the house away from it (streamlining the repair of the mast). They returned on the 14th (a Sunday!) and removed the rest of the tree- no easy job given the relative inaccessibility of our backyard. 12 days start to finish during peak tree season. And their price was more than three times less than the other bid we took on the job.

Excellent, fast, and great price. They responded to my inquiry within one hour of contacting them, and they came out to do the work within two weeks. Great team!!!!

Due to the large size of the work it was performed during two days. They did it really well! I definitely recommend this company!

We cannot recommend Twins G Tree Service enough!!! Their skill, professionalism and willingness to meet the customer's desires are incredible. We have a small, heavily landscaped backyard with an in-ground pool in the middle of it. We unfortunately had four massive (60'+) tall trees surrounding the pool - and right next to our house - which were dying. Removing them was going to be a labor intensive and tricky affair as there was no room for any debris to fall without damaging or destroying something on the ground. In 2018 the first two of the trees had to come down, so we had 7+ vendors come out to bid the job. Each insisted that they would need to use motorized vehicles in the yard including cranes - one of which wanted to back it up to our house to reach the trees - scissor-lifts, stump haulers, log splitters, etc. to complete the job. All of which would have likely done considerable damage to the landscaping and put the pool foundations at risk. Not surprisingly, with the amount of equipment and crew needed, many of the bids came in excess of $5000 - with one bid even being over $7000 - for the removal of just two of the trees. That is until Twins G came out and bid. They said they could do the job for under $2000, would not drive any machinery on the yard - they would use special dollies to truck the bigger parts out to the street by hand - and guaranteed nothing would be damaged. It seemed to good to be true, so we began asking specific questions - How would they get to the top without a crane? Do they have an experienced crew? Are they insured?. The more we communicated, the more their detailed answers began to allay our concerns. So we hired them. The morning of the job, they arrived a few minutes early with about a dozen crew. Within 30 minutes they had all of their gear set up and had split into two teams - one for each tree - and had begun their work. The climbers were amazing! Each had a full array of safety equipment - harnesses, safety lines, etc. - along with a pair of chainsaws hanging off each side of their belts. They scaled those trees like they were born in the treetops, moving from limb to limb, tying them off and cutting them free. On the ground were teams pulling tension on the ropes to keep the limbs from falling. After they were cut, they would then lower the branches to other team members who would grab and haul them away before they even touched the ground! If anything unexpected happened - a limb got hung up on another branch, a rope got stuck, etc. - the crew would give out a shout and members of the other team, who were tackling the other tree at the same time, would come running - running! - to assist. The whole operation was like watching an amazingly skilled circus in your yard. Within 5 hours, on a 90 plus degree day, they had both trees safely down, hauled away and the yard looking like they had never been there - they even used blowers and rakes to get the last little bits of debris! Fast forward to 2019 and the other two trees were dead and now needed removal. One was right next to our house, and the other actually overhung the pool. Without hesitation we called out Twins G again. After explaining our concerns about anything hitting the ground/pool or the house, they once again quoted us a great price, assured us that they would get everything down and out of the yard safely with no damage and even managed to give us the date that worked best for us. On the day, they once again showed up promptly and were ready to start almost immediately. While we held our breath, they went to it and amazed us once more! They were only using one team this time - probably because it wasn't as hot out - but the skill level and the teamwork was incredible. They felled both trees within four hours. Absolutely nothing was damaged - even the grass didn't show signs of them having been there when they were done! On a personal note, we carefully watched these crews work and noticed they were always smiling and joking with each other. Make no mistake, they were focused on the task at hand, but they truly seemed to enjoy their jobs - even when the last few heavy slices of the central trunk had to be handed down and placed on their backs to be carried out of a tight spot, they were still smiling. They were also very friendly and accommodating with us, and they seemed to understand and respect our concerns. That empathy can sometimes be a hard quality to find in a contractor. We cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with Twins' G skill and professionalism, and how grateful we were they actually met - and exceeded - their promises to be careful but effective. With their skill and pricing, Twins G is who you want to go to for any type of tree trimming or removal - especially if it is a delicate, difficult or possibly dangerous job. They really know their stuff!

I did not hire Twins G, but my next door neighbor did. The crew parked their huge wood chipper right next to my living room windows at 8 AM. Not on the street, not in my neighbor's driveway, but off of my neighbor's driveway right next to my living room windows! When I asked them to move it to the street at the end of my neighbor's driveway, they refused, saying that would be "too much work" for them. The chipper is for small branches, not tree trunks! How lazy and inconsiderate can they be?! Every tree service that has ever done work in my neighborhood has always parked their heavy equipment on the street. I had to endure several hours of ear-splitting noise and rattling windows. My walls and floor were vibrating. I had to hide at the other end of my house to get my eardrums to stop vibrating. Unprofessional! Discourteous! Not conscientious! Find another company if you need tree service.

They did a wonderful job without killing our wallet. Out of 4 other companies we reach out to, they have the best price. They showed up on time and finished the job along with cleaning in less than 2 hours! Still have to wait to get tree stump grind down on Saturday but it's not a big deal on our part. Would definitely hire again.

I had very good luck calling their telephone number and speaking to the woman who organized the workers. She was very pleasant and helpful. A large tree with two trunks needed to be removed from my front yard. The fellows doing the work arrived early and got to work immediately. They worked nonstop both efficiently and carefully. They cleaned up as they went along, so when they left the house after the tree was gone, there were only a few leaves left on the lawn. The following day another team member came and ground the trunk out. I was impressed by how courteous all the people were both on the phone and in person. I cannot say enough good things about how much I appreciated the work they did. They had one person cutting the limbs off the tree while a group of others took the tree limbs to the chipper. When enough tree limbs or removed, the both parts of the tree were notched and felled. Since I did not want to keep the tree remains for firewood, they put all of the trunks into a truck for removal. While they were loading up the truck with tree trunks and doing the chipper, there were a few fellows raking my lawn.

Very happy with this company so far!!! A representative from the company came out promptly to bid the job & the 1st portion of the work (cutting down what remained of the trees from my ‘do-it ourselves’ project) was completed by the end of the same week. Payment for the 1st part of the work was taken after trees were cut down. They advised the stumps will be ground down on a return trip which should be approximately one week at which time the balance of the total bid will be due. Honestly I do not think there will be any issue with completion since all has went well thus far.

I highly recommend this tree service. They were lrofessional and did a great job!

They were very prompt in responding to my estimate inquiry, as well as providing the estimate and showing up for the work. They were very personable, they trimmed what we had requested (as well as pointing out a couple other things) and cleaned up the yard so well you'd never know they'd been here. Would definitely hire them again!!

I called several services, but no one was available on short notice. They also expected to charge $300 or more for what I thought was a small job. We needed branches trimmed on one tree, and some branches cut off from a pine. We were hoping to get it done soon as we were installing a swing set. Twins G came the next day after I called and gave a reasonable estimate. They had the job done the very next day! They were polite and made an effort to understand/be clear about the job.

We had a large ash tree that had been devastated by EAB and needed to come down. It was located in a very hard to reach spot between the garage and the house on a small city lot. Because this was deemed a "special" removal, we solicited bids from 6 different companies. Twins G not only came out promptly, but also spent the most time talking to us about the process. We were impressed and hired them on the spot (their bid was also the lowest). The tree was efficiently removed with absolutely no damage to our structures. It was quite amazing to watch! They took the time to clean everything up, including some small branches that fell in our neighbor's yard. Would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT. ACUTALLY PERFECT. Extremely responsive people, customer service A+. Crew arrived as promised and did a masterful job of trimming the trees, I am talking MAJOR trimming. Professional crew. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Crew was wonderful!!!!
