Excellent all the way from estimate to installation. Price was very fair and job was completed within necessary timelines. Will definitely hire again for glass repairs!

We have a metal framed glass door as the entrance to our office.  It was
broken this morning.  I called Trustworthy Glass at about 10:30AM and
they said they would be in touch soon for scheduling an estimate.  They called with in the hour to set up the estimate visit for this afternoon.  "The Andys" ,Father and son, showed up by 3:00 and had the new glass in place
by 4:00.  Very nice people and great service at a fair price!

Excellent.  I picked up the glass today and after cleaning, placed on top of desk.  It looks great.  No scratches.  Size was perfect (I actually did the measuring).
The price quote given over the phone was what I paid.  it was significantly less than a company called Dr. Glass.

It went very well. They were on time and their estimation was accurate.

guys were a pleasure to deal with.   Unlike other vendors from Angies
list that I called, Trustworthy did not act like they were too busy to
take a new customer call and they had very fair pricing to boot.

were able to provide an estimate over the phone, validated it with an
onsite visit and then finished the job when the glass came in.   Their
work is top notch, great communication and very punctual &
professional.  Can't say enough good things about this group.

I called Andy at Trustworthy Glass for an estimate to replace one pane of glass in a double paned/double hung window in our condo.  They were able to look at the window and provide an estimate from the exterior, which was very nice since I didn't have to take off work.  They emailed me a rough estimate and set up a time to do full measurements for the replacement.  When that occurred, they were very punctual and fast.  The next day, I got the exact estimate and we were able to schedule the service for the following week. On the day of the service call, they arrived promptly at the set time, and work was done quickly.  They provided clear instructions on what to do over the next few days to let it cure.  I am really happy with the service and quality of the workmanship.  I would definitely use them again, without question.

It was great. Andy and his partner were extremely professional, and took great care not to damage the walls or adjacent woodwork. If you didn't know the window had been changed you would never suspect it.The glass on the tabletops looks fabulous, and the dimensions were perfect. While they were here they also cleaned and polished two other glass table tops, which I greatly appreciated. Their attention to detail was excellent, and they not only swept up the job site, they washed the floor as they were concerned they might have tracked some water in from outside (there was a lot of snow on the ground.) I didn't expect that, but it was truly appreciated. Their scheduling was excellent; Andy actually was able to come out and measure the day I called them, and the glass was fabricated and installed a week later.  I can't say enough good things about Trustworthy Glass: i will definitely be referring my friends to them, and will certainly use their services again in the future.

I called there company for a broken window about 4 feet by 6 feet they were very kind and professional on the phone when i told them it was in a high school they were concerned for the kids and asked if they could come the next day and bid on it.we went with there company because they were very easy to talk with and the price you could not beat they showed up to do the job and i had to ask them if they could come back due to a special speaker at the high school they were vary understanding and went and did  another bid and came back to do the job but did not charge us more money for their time. They did a grade A job fast clean and very respectful to the students and staff that had to go by them i would hire them for any job that comes up and recommend them to any one that needs glass work done.So if you top of the line work done for a low price these are the real professionals you want.

I called and received an approximate estimate based on my measurements, which was acceptable.  Andy then came promptly and took exact measurements, ordered the glass, and returned to do the repair once it arrived.  He removed the window and took it to his truck to do the repair, then came back in and reinserted it, so there aren't even any clean up issues with this type of repair.  Very professional and highly recommended.

I needed my shower door/frame replaced and wanted to get a quote on how much that would cost.  They were supposed to arrive in a 2hr time frame but missed that and in turn made me late for my next engagement.  They made the recommendation that the entire frame/glass would have to be replaced due to the poor installation.  He mentioned what the culprit was as to why I couldn't close my door properly.  He removed the bottom of the base and pulled up caulk that shouldn't have been there.  I didn't consider this a real service as I could have easily pulled the based of the door off myself.  Upon exiting, he said he normally charges $90 an hour but instead since they were late would charge me $60 instead.  I was shocked at how much he changed for that simple of a job.  I now know before they even touch anything, ask 'HOW MUCH?'.  I felt completely ripped off.  I paid him and know that I will never use this company again.

Ordered the piece via phone and told them I was not in a hurry. They said it was a really busy time, but thought they could get it done within a couple days. I called the next week to check on the status of the order. Said it would be a couple days. Finally got a call it was done--about 10 days after the initial call. Essentially, did a great job at a fair price and were very nice to deal with. Just a bit optimistic when they quoted a completion date.

I highly recommend Andy. He was very responsive, especially when I was in a bind time-wise. He came out to do the estimate very quickly, then upon installation, he adjusted his schedule and went out of his way to install the glass when I was available. He was professional and friendly. You can tell he is an honest, hard working guy that you can trust. I definitely will hire Andy again.

The father and son team was personable, pleasant, prompt and provided reasonable rates and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.

Andy came to take measurements and provide an estimate.  He was on time and professional.  When installing the window, he arrived on time and finished within the estimated time-frame.  The price was very fair.  I have already recommended them to my neighbor and would definitely do business with them again.

We submitted a request for a quote online through AngiesList and received a phone call within a couple hours. They set up a time to come out and check the broken window. Within hours of reviewing the window, we received an email with a quote. We liked their approach and the cost and told them to proceed with the work. After receiving our approval to proceed, they noticed that they forgot to include our AngiesList discount so reduced the price some more. We already assumed the discount was included and they could have easily ignored the discount. How's that for Trustworthy?!?!  When they received the window, they called and set up a time for the installation. They showed up on-time and did an excellent job. It looks like the original window. We are thrilled with their work! We will definitely call them first next time.

Everything went well.  Trustworthy Glass was responsive, it was very easy to work with them, and the price was cheaper than replacing than the window itself.
