"The last appointment we had scheduled for the member was 7/24/08. She did not have a loaner car reserved (due to lack of availability) and our scheduling notes indicate that she was arranging her own transportation. On 7/21/08 she emailed us that she was cancelling her appointment. She did not reply to our follow-up email inviting her to reschedule. We are always happy to give customers rides to either the Rosedale Mall Bus Center or to their own location if within a five-mile radius."
All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgable and I highly recommend them.
"Many people mistakenly think we only work on European cars, but we are also experts on Asian cars as well as all hybrids and electric vehicles."
"We installed an Interstate battery (7 year warranty) on 12/29/09. At the time of installation, we had noted an intermittent parasitic draw on the system (in laymen's terms, a car component that is sticking on when the engine is off and draining the battery). We had alerted the customer to this fact. On 11/15/11, we saw the car again. The parasitic draw had worsened, and had drained the battery. The customer declined to have the draw investigated and repaired. After charging, the battery was passing all its tests with flying colors. The battery was going dead due to a defect in the customer's car which he did not wish to pursue. The battery was not defective. We also cleaned the battery terminals on the car. We had a small invoice for our work which the customer refused to pay."
