What can I say about these guys... I've been taking three cars to them for over 5 years and I haven't been disappointed.  I'd go so far as to say I'm delighted with their work.  In my experience, they don't do unnecessary repairs or replacements which was my #1 concern when I was looking for an auto repair shop.  Their prices fall in line with what I expect and on more than one occasion I was happily surprised that repairs cost less than I anticipated (usually because I misdiagnosed what was wrong and they identified a simple fix or they were able to do it with less labor time than I expected).  I live and work in the area so when I have a repair issue it's usually not an emergency so I tend to bring my car in when it fits best into their schedule and tell them I'm not in a rush and don't mind if they take an extra day with it.  On the flip side, I did have one occasion when I told them I needed something fixed right away and they made it happen same-day.

While this was the latest service I've had at Perry's place, it wasn't by any stretch the only time I've taken our cars to him. When we moved to Roseville in 1996, I dropped off my 1973 Toyota Hilux pickup for Perry to look at the brakes. A month later, in his spare time, he'd figured out the multiple sources of fluid and pressure loss and that truck served me for another 50,000 miles (out of a total of 388,000) before I sold it. Since then, Perry has worked on every vehicle I've owned and he is always reasonable, efficient, and dependable. Not only is Roseville Auto Service the place I recommend to anyone who asks and quot;do you know a good mechanic?and quot; I consider Perry a good friend who has made our life in Minnesota a lot more pleasant.

Great service and was ready when promised.

They are outstanding. They are very personable and very attentive. They get you in right away. Kind of do more than what you expect. In fact, before I went there, I was going to remove the headlight of our car in the front, but I couldn't get this one bolt out. So I stopped there and I've asked him. He just stopped whatever he was doing and came out and got it out. And I asked what I owed him and he just said to forget it. I thought that was pretty nice. And he doesn't know me from Adam.

They got it done same day and communcation and service was friendly. It seemed expensive, but I didn't comparison shop on quotes, so I am not sure it is fair to say they were too expensive.

If they don't get it fixed the first time, they will keep working till they get it fixed. They always have the cars done when they said they will. They will tell me if it would be cheaper to take it to the dealer to get it fixed.

Good, quick professional work.

They were friendly, incredibly quick and fairly priced. I would definitely use them again.

''DIGGER'' GAVE FAST, COURTEOUS AND INEXPENSIVE SERVICE. I WAS NERVOUS GOING IN, BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS CAUSING THE VIOLENT SHAKING ON MY FRONT END. HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME IT WAS ANY NUMBER OF EXPENSIVE FRONT END PARTS, BUT HE DIAGNOSED IT CORRECTLY AND FIXED IT FAST FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
