1) Sean takes the time to listen to you, keep you posted on what needs to be done, and is very prompt.
2) They do not try to pile on additional services, although they will make recommendations based on problems they see. In fact, I traded in a vehicle based on other issues they discovered: Sean pointed out that, if I kept the vehicle, I'd soon be putting a lot of money into it.
3) Their work is excellent, they are reliable, and the prices are reasonable.
4) They will recommend someone else if they feel the work can better be done elsewhere. A simple example: I had a hole in my exhaust on an older, less-common vehicle. Sean told me they could in fact replace the part, but it would be fairly expensive. He suggested I could take it to a muffler-repair shop he knew, where a repair was done for far less money.
5) They have a very friendly German Shepherd hanging around the shop!
