About us

High Maintenance is a newer cleaning company, with vast previous experience in the cleaning market. My name is Christopher Hitchcock. I own High Maintenance. I have been through a few cleaning companies, and held almost every position available. I started as a daily cleaner, quickly moved into lower management, and as quickly if not faster, into running entire operations. I have seen what has worked and what hasn't. I have taken the knowledge gained and begun my own company. The reason I named it High Maintenance, is I believe this is what everyone should be receiving. I have been in buildings where facility managers are not concerned with the offices actually being cleaned. They are worried about the bottom line and the trashes being emptied. If that is what you are looking for, this is the wrong company for you. I have run operations in multi million dollar buildings, and understand the necessity and importance of a detailed clean. If that is what you are looking for, then you have found the correct company.

Richard & Ike were very professional and gave me updates on a few problems that they found with our gutters. I was a bit disappointed that they left without telling me they were able to re-attach one of the gutters or saying goodbye. That said, I will hire them again to clean our gutters. They showed up on the day the appointment was scheduled and they were thorough. Don't hesitate to hire High Maintenance to clean your gutters. They charge a fair price, especially if you use a Deal, and I found them to be reliable!
