The two young men who did it for us were extremely efficient, friendly and accommodating. They went the extra mile helping us move some of the shelving out of the room. Before we put the shelving units back in the room, they helped put floor protectors on all of the footings so the floor would not be damaged if we moved them. I was dusting the units a second time, which had gotten dusty from the floor installation, and they were most patient. We were really impressed with these two men. The furniture is beautiful and through all of this commotion, it still remains just as beautiful.
Description of Work: They had to uninstall and then reinstall our office furniture unit before we could install a new wood floor in our den.

The desk and bed were installed; however, the bed was installed in the wrong place, making it impossible for me to walk around the bed. I called the sales rep. at Desq who admitted the installers did not follow the installation instructions, and said they would return to move the bed. Despite three emails, four phone calls and a dispute on my credit card, DESQ would not set up a date for correcting the install. Finally, after three months elaped, the installers returned to correctly position the bed.
Description of Work: I purchased a desk, chair and Murphy bed from DESQ. A DESQ sales rep. came to my house and measured the room before I ordered a Murphy bed and custom desk. He also drew plans for correct placement of this furniture.

We reviewed Desq products and compared pricing with several furniture, office supply, and other custom installers. We kept coming back to Desq for the look and the way the product was made. The Desq design looks like it's custom designed for the space whereas other products had more of a "nice piece, but doesn't belongs here, or it's too big/small" kind of feel. We worked with Chad throughout to come up with a design (he sent email plans to review several times) that works. By the way, the product is all free-standing; no holes or anything hanging on walls! Install was pretty amazing as two guys put the entire office together in about a half a day. The finished product looks great (we get lots of compliments when people see the layout) and functionally it works just the way we wanted it to. After the install we found where we needed one more shelf, and they accommodated us, although at a premium price.

I started dealing with Linda, who came out and measured my home office, which I wanted to completely redo. I wasn't sure what layout I needed. I discussed my needs with Linda. She came up with several different designs for me to review. We came up with a final design for my office and then sadly, Linda decided to leave the company. I started dealing with Chad. At this point my order was placed and shop drawings were done. I was sent a copy of the drawings for approval. I had a few questions and went into the store to discuss them with Chad. Chad was extremely helpful and made a few changes for me. My order was finalized and then my delivery date was set. As my delivery date drew near I had to delay it due to the discovery of some wet drywall from a hidden water leak, which we had to get repaired. Chad was very accommodating of the delay. We set a new date for delivery. The delivery guys arrived on time and I'm very happy with the finished product.

IT IS VERY NICE FURNITURE STORE, WITH A VERY GOOD COLLECTION. THE STORE WAS CLEAN, THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL. WE WORK WITH SALESMAN NAMED CHAD JENSEN, WHO WAS CERTAINLY NICE, HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, BUT WAS LITTLE PUSHY FROM OUR PERSPECTIVE. I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A LOOK INITIALLY AT THE FURNITURE, AND HE WOULD INTRUDE REPEATEDLY, WHICH I DID NOT LIKE. WE HAD SOME LOOSE ENDS WHEN THEY FIX THE FURNITURE IN OUR HOUSE, FOR WHICH WE GAVE THEM A CALL AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE RIGHT AWAY. CLEARLY, IT IS ONE OF THE BEST OFFICE FURNITURE I HAVE SEEN, BUT VERY, VERY PRICEY. I HAD TO THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE I BOUGHT IT.
