Al is great - he understands my need to keep limping my vehicle along and not sink lots of money into it.

He does not charge phenomenally, he is pretty reasonable. He is prompt. If we have any problem with our car he gets us in as soon as he can so he is really good. He is really kind, like when we say we wanted it at a certain time, he tries to fix it but if it is not done we can borrow our truck back and when he gets the parts we take it back to him.
