The folks at this Ace are indeed knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, without being pushy. I won't say nothing has ever gone wrong, but if it has they make it right- Examples: #1 When I purchased the Weber grill, I paid for it and scheduled to have it delivered. As it turns out, the model looked at, discussed with a staff person and then purchased was NG vs LP. I received a call from the store informing me of the oversight. They then stated they would provided me with the newest model of the Genesis at the same price so I could have it that day and included a grill cover for my trouble. #2 When I picked my mower I brought in for repair, I discovered that the deflector was broken. Pointing this out to the person assigned to help me load the mower, he brought the mower back into the service area where the service team ordered and replaced the deflector N/C and without any hassles or questions such as "are you sure it wasn't broken when you brought it in?" (It wasn't).

The price included diagnosis and repair of a problem with the carburetor and sharpening of blades. They were able to get us in the same day I'd called and told us the repair would take a week. I'd called after about 8 days and was told it was ready, I'm not sure why they didn't call to tell us it was done, but I was very happy overall with the price and repair work done.

THE PEOPLE AT ACE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WHEN I'VE SHOPPPED THERE. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN ASKED IF I NEED HELP WITHOUT BEING ONSTANTLY BOTHERED. THE HARDWARE SELECTION SEEMS A BIT LARGER THAN OTHER HARDWARE STORES, AND I USUALLY FIND WHAT I NEED.

THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND DID A COMPLETE TUNE UP AFTER A DISCUSSION OF PROBLEMS. WHEN WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM AFTER THE TUNE UP, THEY REPAIRED IT FOR THE COST OF PARTS ONLY. WE TAKE OUR BLADE TO BE SHARPENED EVERY COUPLE WEEKS AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE IT READY THE NEXT DAY (SOMETIMES SAME DAY EVEN WHEN WE HAVEN'T ASKED FOR IT). THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL FOR ADVICE ON HOME REPAIRS TOO.
