During the first spring rainstorm, we had water coming in above our fireplace mantel. Contacted Guardian for a free estimate. Good communication and came out quickly for an estimate. Needed tuck pointing around the gutters and some sealant for chimney and crown. Better pricing than the competition and much more responsive. It was close to a full-day job for a team of 3. Will likely use them again for my 2nd chimney which needs a rebuild. Job looks good, it's clear they take pride in their work. Also did a solid cleanup of very dusty worksite.

They came out soon after I contacted them. My fireplace is older and the chimney was cracked and missing brick pieces. You could also see through cracks in my firebox . After inspecting my chimney, they made some recommendations. They rebuilt my chimney, lined it, tuck pointed my firebox and added a draft inducer. It is beautiful! The chimney looks so nice, the bricks are beautiful. The firebox looks great, too. And the best part are the beautiful fires I have been enjoying!! They were very neat and clean, both inside and outside. This was a lot of work and they moved quickly and left everything looking fantastic.

Joe and Mike replaced, one complete chimney, recapped and tuck-pointed two others on our home along with a half dozen spots around our home. I appreciated the response, explanation of their work, the how and why, along with the before, during, and after pictures. Would definitely recommend them.

Joseph is a perfect pro. He came for an estimate, explained exactly the work to be done and the process for completing it, using photos to make it perfectly clear to us. He and his team came when they said they would, they did a great cleaning job with the debris, were careful around the garden, and the work looks beautiful--see photo. (The new liner takes a week to dry so we haven't tried the chimney yet...). The estimate was the same as final cost, so no surprises. FYI: The process of cleaning the flue involves keeping a fan in the flue for 48 hrs, so it's a bit noisy, but that's how it works. All in all, this was a 100% pro job from start to finish, and we know that to accomplish this you have to work hard at it, so our deep thanks!!

It was very smooth. He got it done in a couple of weeks (as he had told us) and billed us the same amount he had estimated. He did a nice job, and it looks good.

They came to replace the chimney cap with a new one within 3 days. I called on the weekend and they answered the call and assured me they would take care of me. I called 4 places and they were the only ones to answer the call. He came out on Tuesday and put the new cap on the chimney and gave me a quote for some tuckpointing and other chimney work.
