They came out within a week to take a look at my chimney, which I had been told by my home inspector was in pretty rough shape. Then as soon as I accepted the bid, they had the chimney fixed within a few days! Very happy with their work.

Guardian provided a thorough quote of all the work that needed to be done and turned the job around very quickly, holding true to the quote. Pictures were taken before, during, and after the job to show me the progress and results. Fantastic work by a great company!! I've had them work on both my house and my rental property and given their name to family and friends!

It was a much bigger job than I had anticipated but I'm so glad Joe realized that the chimney needed some work. A few days after I received the estimate and agreed to the work he called me one morning and asked if he could come that day. He and his crew were able to get it all done in one day. They removed the old top and replaced it with some added protections to enhance drainage and protect it from future water damage. They treated the bricks down to about the roof line to protect them more water and weather damage. He explained all that he would be doing I felt like it was all good quality touches to not only repair but to protect. Of course he also fixed the loose brick and removed and then filled in the mortar/chipmunk damage.

Guardian Home Solutions was recommended to me by friends who had similar work done on their chimney. They were very happy with their services, and we are too. When I called, Joe, the owner, answered and we made arrangements for him to come out and give an estimate a few days later. After deciding to go with Guardian Home Solutions, Joe contacted me and the work was scheduled for just a week later. Weather ended up being poor that week, but Joe reached out to communicate changes to the schedule. The work was done in one day, and the crew did a great job cleaning up. The brick they used matched my existing brick perfectly. Overall, I was very impressed with the communication, speed, and quality of work. I've already recommended them to other friends.

Very competive price. I had 5 quotes prior to choosing Joe. He quoted me $1500. 2 other quoted me more than $4000, 1 at $3200 and the last at $2150. Quite a range i know! He may have been the lowest price but the quality of his work was even better than i expected. I was worried about the brick color matching, but i couldn't even tell the difference. You would have to look really hard to any difference and the chimney is pretty old. Very easy to contact and performed all service as written in quote and completed job in very timely . He took pictures of his work to show the process not just the finished product. Overall i couldn't be happier. Very professional and would reccommend to anyone who needs any form of chimney repair. The guy who referred me to Joe said, "he does the best work for the best price". They were right!

Honestly I was very surprised. I've had so many things done around the house, I was kind of stressed out thinking I was going to have another guy over messing around. But Joseph showed up early on our start date and absolutely surpassed my exceptions in a contractor.

1. He was very presentable, clean cut, and carried good conversation.

2.What I enjoyed the most was how he was so knowledgeable, he told me in detail of the steps my project was going through.

3. He gave me my own set of pictures from the job he preformed.

4. Last of all he followed up with me a few weeks later asking how things have been going and if I've had time to enjoy any fires, which I gladly replied ( absolutely) I'm in love with it.

So in closing to this review I may be bias, I honestly love what he has done for me and my home.
