ProTech changed my oil, but the technicians did not properly reattach the skid plate. It was only partially attached and came loose while I was driving at 70 MPH on I-35. I had to stop on the interstate, jack my car up, and crawl underneath to completely detach it. ProTech repaired the damages, but refused to refund the oil change, even though it is what caused the problem in the first place. They also did not apologize and refused to provide any promotions for a free oil change to make up for endangering me by doing the job incorrectly.

It's been very good. I had a situation where I had my car fixed at Morrie's imports. They replaced the shock absorbers in my car and when they did that they had to bleed the brake lines and they forgot to tighten up the bleed valve. I was in the middle of rush hour traffic spewing brake fluid, on an extended forty five minute trip home. I was sitting there nursing the car using the emergency brake and I went over to Pro Tech and they immediately identified the problem and replaced the brake fluid and fixed it. It saved me another trip up to Morrie's. It's amusing that Morrie's motto is and quot;Service is Keyand quot;, and I would certainly agree with them and that's why I'm never going back there. I like the fact that at Pro Tech, I got in quickly and their prices were reasonable. The last time I went was in late August.

They usually have a coupon, so the price is always fair. Most often I am in and out before I can read two sections of the paper! They are all friendly, honest and seem to do great work.

Ever since the owner helped me out years ago, I've trusted them. They really know what they're doing. They are reputable, good, and honest. They have an oil change service that is attached to the building as well as a carwash. They are a full-service station.

They always let me know what they're going to do ahead of time, are honest and good at what they do. They're a little more expensive than other places, but I don't get jipped by them, either. I've been going there for at least 10 years.

They are good, honest and responsive, and they don't do anything that you don't need. They charge a little more than at other places, but they are willing to match the prices. I told them that I had gone to another service center, and how much I had paid there, and they tried to match the cost, and they came pretty close. You can also leave your automobile back with them overnight if the work takes too long.

They keep records of all of the service done. They do not oversell me and are honest. I don't have to take my car back to have work redone. They only do the work that is asked.

When I took my truck in, they found some other things wrong and they called me to ask if they could fix that stuff too. They gave us some options on if we could do it or not. They didn't say we had to have the work done right away.

I had an estimate done over the phone, booked an appointment for the next day. I reserved a rental car and it was there in good shape when I dropped off my car. The work was done before noon the next day. When I picked up my car it had not had the oil change. They were quick to spot that and did the oil change in about 5 minutes. They did not charge me for it since they had forgotten to do it and I had to wait. I was very impressed with everyone I spoke to. Their work was excellent. They are a wonderful shop and I would highly recommend them.
