Description of Work: This was a complete furnace and air conditioner replacement. Our A/C would no longer hold pressure and needed to be replaced. Rather than put a replacement A/C system on a 22 year old furnace, we were committed to replace the whole system. | |I liked dealing directly with the owner. Phil Holmin is really easy to work with. We were replacing a low efficiency chimney vented furnace with a high efficiency model. Other vendors wanted to do convoluted venting through exposed pipe in the garage, out the front of house which would impede the use of our porch, etc. Phil figured out a simple, common sense solution that did not tear up my whole house and vented out the side of the house, where it belonged. | |The tear out and install was fast, clean, and complete. Everything was cleaned up. The only thing to tell me Holmin was there was a shiny new furnace and A/C and a very clean install. The furnace room was left neater than when they started and the install was more organized than the original equipment. | |Holmin Heating and Cooling did the whole project from pulling permits to completing the rebate forms. The paperwork was complete and flawless. All we had to do was sign the paperwork, mail some rebate forms, and write the check. Description of Work: A new furnace and AC to replace our 25 yr. old model. Phil was so easy and accommodating to work with. He was very professional, prompt and the best pricing around town. He's originally from the neighborhood and several neighbors had recommended him. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Our house is warm and the humidifier helps even out the heat. He even plugged up an opening in the siding where rodents were getting in! Now that's service!

Description of Work: I woke up with our furnace not working month ago. I called Phil at 6:30 am and left a brief message. He called me back within 10 minutes at 6:40am and was at my home by 8am! Great service. He replaced the part needed and we had a conversation. I ended up deciding to get a new furnace and AC as mine was 20+ years old. He gave me several estimates and explained the benefits of each. I would recommend him to anyone.
