I have been having them change the oil on my vehicles for over eight years without any problems. Years ago, it was more common to have to wait 60 to 90 min. to get the oil change. They seem to do much better job now particularly if you make an appointment. The amount of time it takes is director related to how many mechanics they have on staff when you are there. They seem to do a very good job though, I never have oil dripping on my driveway or in my garage, and when I pre--purchase a four-pack of oil changes the price is quite affordable. I would highly recommend them for these types of services.
