"We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience Vicki. Our process for painting trim is sand, wipe, caulk and paint. Every time. Also we did caulk all the trim we painted but the rooms that did not have any painted trim did not include caulking. We also did not include the closet trim because when we did our initial walk through you said that it did not matter, so do not do it. So therefor it was not in our estimate that clearly outlined which rooms got trim painted. We should have been more clear which rooms did not get any trim painted. This was our fault and we should have been more specific. We offered a discount of 30% because of the incon."
