june had 3 others clean after house reconstruction. i needed to provide booties and drop cloths for them. The guy took smoke breaks. i made note when 2 left early. $40hr/pp. The house looked and felt much cleaner and it was cleaned from 10am-230pm with 4 people.

We started a basement remodel by adding a new bathroom which required us to cut cement. Our ventilation system only worked for a short time and our cement project became a huge disaster of a mess. I found June on this app and within one day she was able to come over and give us an estimate then Eric came over the next day to get the job done. It was a terrible messy job and I couldn't be more thankful for those two and their hard work. Thank you for the hard work and dedication to getting this job completed for us in such a timely manner and taking my anxiety and stress away.

June is amazing we called her and needed her the very next week to clean a town home complex of 4 units and she got us in right away. She followed an amazing checklist for making sure everything got cleaned. She kept me informed and up to date on what was going on which is very much appreciated in our industry.

The cleaners were courteous and prompt and thorough. The house was filled with dust from rennovation, and June made sure every surface and knick knack was cleaned. She came with staff each time who were well trained and just as thorough as she was.

I have had June and her staff do several apartment move out cleans and was very happy with the work and the $$ spent on the work. Everyone on her team was very polite and seemed to be experts in their field. June is very friendly and upfront on bids that they may change a bit if they com across something that needs more time but also very upfront and honest when relaying this information. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat

Having ground thinset from a concrete slab in preparation for laying tile in the kitchen of a townhome, I was very specific in detailing the amount of fine dust absolutely everywhere: walls, ceilings, light fixtures, door frames, inside cabinets, Etc. June, the owner of this company, verbally and in email discussed her pricing structures- per square foot of home or price per hour. Using either, scenario the total cost of my job should have been around 4 - $600. June arrived the day of the job promptly, but solo (she discussed having a team of 4 people all with backpack vacumes assigned ti my job). Roughly an hour into the start of the job, she stopped to discuss expectations and pricing. She asked me how much I want to spend on this job and I replied that I want to spend what we discussed... either per square foot pricing or her $40 per hour pricing. She replied that the pricing was going to be much more than the talked about 4 - $600 in that her $40 an hour pricing is per person... and that she expected a team of three or four people to show up. Naturally, I did not appreciate this conversation taking place 1 hour into her starting the job and I objected to her changing her pricing structure on the spot. When I would not agree to her newly stated pricing structure she abruptly left. I am extremely disappointed that my short window of time to have the construction site cleaned prior to carpeting was wasted on such an avoidable conundrum. June's cleaning may or may not be good - I can not attest to that after only a one hour sample of what would have been an 8-10 hour job. This writing is not to deter one from considering hiring June's services, it is meant only to communicate my experience for those, who like myself, rely upon these review's to make hiring decisions.

June was very responsive, however the quality of the work was not good. After having them come back twice, the house was still not clean. Missed easy things - floor under vanity, wood trim, ceiling of cabinets, trim on many windows. Do not recommend.

For what I needed them for (cleaning up sheetrock dust enough to stay overnight at our home) they did a fairly good job. If I was looking for detail work, I'm not sure how well they would've done.

They were a little slow, and being paid by the hour. They did a great job on most things, however, I did notice some areas they missed... Once I pointed them out to the crew, they did clean them to my satisfaction.

Although June is very courteous and prompt, we were not "wowed" by the experience. It took numerous visits and many of the small details were missed. I wish I would have stuck with my existing cleaning person and saved some money.
