Very professional offering all options in what I could do and offering ranges of prices.  Would recommend them for all services to friends and family.  Only issue is seems to take a long time to do an oil change (generally apx. 1 hour), but this was because of the thoroughness of the point checks on the vehicle.

As far as I know, the work went great and my car is still running. For the waiting, I can have coffee and watch TV, I thought it was pretty great. They're always pretty nice there.

They did good job with the car. The cost of the brakes were a little high compared to their competitors but the service, the punctuality and all other stuff were top marks. Overall, they were good. The workmanship was good. The brakes were working fine after.

I've used them several times and I can say they've worked hard to do the best they can. I think it's been pretty good. What stood out to me was when they gave me a look-over of the car to tell me what was wrong, I believe that they were honest because I had taken it to other shops and gotten a similar opinion; however, I found them to prioritize what was wrong so that I could keep within in my budget and in some cases, they actually came out with some creative solutions to find cheaper parts to make it work. They work with me to work within my budget. I've never had to go back to have everything redone.

We recently purchased a and quot;newand quot; used vehicle and brought it to Honest 1 for scheduled maintenance. Since we were leaving on a trip we asked them to inspect the vehicle so there would be no surprises while we were gone. They did a great job, found no issues and we were on our way. Thought they did such a good job we've since returned with our second vehicle. I thing we've found our new repair center!

I setup an appointment.  When I arrived they quickly took my car and performed the service.  I waited in the lobby which had free coffee and snacks.  The lobby was very nice and comfortable.  The staff was very nice and thorough in explaining everything.  I will definitely come back.
