Good experience!

They were very responsive, knowledgeable and competent. Showed up promptly, ordered repair parts, and came back to complete our freezer control unit and ice dispenser motor repairs within a few days. We notice our door light for the ice & water dispenser wasn't working after they made the repairs (not sure if pure coincidence or not), and they returned to fix it at no cost. We would use Appliance EMT for future repairs and recommend them highly.

The appointment window was 1-4 pm. Tech called and asked if he could come early! Arrived just after noon. The trip charge is HALF quoted by another service.

I originally confirmed for last Thursday, but received an email that he would not arrive until the following Tuesday. This is nearly one week since original contact. Once he got here he was very professional, fast, and efficient.
