About us
We are a remodeling company with 17 yrs of "hands on experience", all of our work is done in house (we do not sub out work that does not need a license i.e. plumbing, hvac, electrical). We use quality sub-contractors with whom we have used continuously. We are licensed and insured and a member of the Minnesota BBB. All of our estimates are free of charge and we work from Rochester to the Northern suburbs of Minneapolis/St Paul. We have very low overhead which means you get more bang for your buck. We estimate projects using the time and material method. We offer several discounts on-line depending on the type of project you are looking for. As an Angies' List member we will offer an 8% discount on all materials and labor. We pride our company on giving an honest estimate up front, staying on budget, giving the customer a high quality job and getting the project completed on time. Our Mn License # 20633959.
