Dusty's Drain Cleaning

I've used lots of contractors in my long life and rank Dusty's right at the top. Ours wasn't an easy installation, to say the least. But Dusty's came right out, did extraordinarily professional work, didn't charge me extra for the unexpected problems they encountered. Plus they came in well below other's estimates. When the two plumbers were leaving, we were so delighted we tried to tip them. They wouldn't take our money! Would I recommend them? You bet!

My floor drain backed up multiple times and I was informed by Roto Rooter my septic main line was misaligned. They quoted me thousands to get the job done. I was referred to Dusty and I called him out to take a look. He did a free consultation and gave me a fair quote. He understood the problem and has a lot of knowledge. He did my repair for me and saved me a lot of money, the quote he initially gave me was exactly what I paid and he did more than what was expected. I am very happy with my service and I will hire him for any future plumbing needs.

Even more important to me, he was willing to spend as much time as needed to check and answer all my question about other plumbing issues and projects unrelated to the original call. Eric, the service person, was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was there on time and efficient. He also secured the drain grate and helped reattach the water softner drain hose to the grate. He was able to complete everything I asked of him. We would recommend Dusty's for anyone's plumbing needs.

Respectful, considerate and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job cleaning out and repairing our broken sewer line - while at the same time being very careful not to damage or disrupt existing landscaping and trees.
