Quick and courteous and got the job done!

The main drain to our house was blocked by tree roots, causing a backup anytime we would try to do laundry. Dusty diagnosed the problem, brought out the heavy duty snake and cleared the line. He was very friendly and professional, explained what he was doing and ways we could try to help prevent a problem in the future. And I was extremely pleased with the price for the amount of time it ended up taking to get the line cleared. He left the place spotless, and even wiped down the basement floor around the drain with fresh smelling cleaner. I would definitely use Dusty in the future if/when the roots make their way back into the line.

Dusty was GREAT! He came to clean out my sewer main at 9:30pm ... and worked until almost 11pm! Unfortunatly the line needs to be replaced ... but I could not be happier with Dusty's service! Thanks Dusty!

I am giving Dustin 5 stars, even though he did no work for us. I called him because our basement smells like sewer gas when a lot of water goes through the system. He spent a half an hour at my house checking all the plugs in the basement - he even went up on my roof to check the roof vent - he checked the slope of the vents, everything you could think of - and found nothing wrong (we couldn't make the smell happen when he came out, of course). He did all this work, and then didn't charge me, because he didn't find anything wrong to fix and he could not recreate the problem. I can't imagine a more honest, hardworking person.

As soon as I submitted Service Magic request and I got a call from Dusty in a few minutes and I was very pleased at his quick reponse. He came out next day morning and fixed our kitchen sink dran issue. I was very pleased at his quick resonse and availability. He knew what he was doing and he fixed it very quickly. Before my appointment, he called and because of another job and travel time was going to be late. Because he gave me enough notice I was able to reschedule for a later time. He arived on time and walked me through what he need to do and what was included in his estimate. He then got to work and keep at it for three hours cleaning out 120 feet of drain. We talked afterwords about how to prevent drain problems in the future. He has a 9 month warranty for the drain work.

Dusty called me right after I submited request to diagnosis a bathroom leakage. He came to take a look. Since it is not clean if the leakage is due to drain system, he recommends a good handyman to us to cut the ceiling and figure out where is leaking to save time and money.

Dustin was knowledgable, friendly and reasonable in price. He went straight to work and accomplished the job quckly. I was more than satisfied with Dusty' Drain Cleaning.
