JC Construction & Design Inc

JC Construction began building my deck in July of 2016. The deck was left unfinished for months. The owner cashed my checks without hesitation but didn't come finish the deck until the winter. I had to send constant e-mails, phone calls, text messages to the owner to get him to come and finish. It would take him a month or two each time to even respond. This summer I called the city of Lakeville to come inspect the deck. The deck failed inspection. I contacted Joe the owner and again I didn't hear back for weeks. He eventually called me back mid September and said he'd be out on September 25th to correct the issues. Today is November 8th, and I haven't heard back. I've called and left numerous voicemails, e-mails, text messages, Facebook messages and no response whatsoever. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed. JC Construction's "Mission" on their website states "JC Construction & Design is committed to providing services from the planning stages, to the end of the project that will give the home owner a finish project that meets or exceeds their expectations." Their "values" state they are built on honesty and trust. What a joke. JC Construction lacks all of the above and is extremely unprofessional. He took my money and left me with an unfinished project that started 15 months ago.
