Dave's Stump Removal

He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it, and for a VERY reasonable price.  In my book, that puts him in the 1% club.  From the time of my first phone call to him, it was less than a week and all my stumps were ground out.

We found the job a bit much to do ourselves, so we checked Angie's List and found a company in our area. We called, and he arrived within an hour. The job was done quickly and well.

Good - called on Friday, he came on Saturday (vs others I called that said they couldn't come for months, or some that didn't return calls for days). His service leaves the chips behind, so you do have to clean them up, but for $90 I can't complain. Would definetly use again and recommend to others.

We had an enormous stump discovered while doing a driveway renovation. At least 5 foot diameter. Called Dave on Friday afternoon. He was able to come at 8 AM Saturday morning. Had the stump chipped down with in one hour. Very nice guy. And more inexpensive than the other quotes. Wish he could've removed the chippings, But that's not a big deal.

I wish Dave did more than Grind out Trees. He is a very responsive and a genuine guy. He was more than flexible with my always changing schedule. I almost felt like I was taking advantage he was so flexible.
He was honest about what he does:
1) He only grinds the stump up, no removing anything or filling the hole back up
2) cash or check only
3) Be on time.
4) the process is messy (he made me think it was going to be more messy than what it actually was)
It took him 20 mins for the entire project, he was in and out. He did a great job advising me on what to do next after he was done.
I wish I had more trees for him to grind out.

It only took a couple of minutes to grind down the stump and root. Dave has a large machine that is easily maneuverable and made quick work of the job. Dave is very friendly and the price was nice. I will definitely hire him again if the need arises.

Dave came out the same night. I told him that I had softball and had to be done in an hour. He said, "I'll come out and we will see what we can do"...Well he finished a big stump and about 75 small sumac stumps. Very excellent guy/company. I would recommend him to everyone.

I called three stump removal services and Dave was the only one that called me back the same day. He actually had time to come over that day. He did a good job removing the stumps and his price was very reasonable.

The start to finish of this project was completely seemless after we made the call. The only drawback was me being late getting home when he wanted to start work. Thankfully he waited for me. He had all his equipment, set up and started to work. The machine was a little loud which was completely expected. He ground up the stump and followed the roots. My husband used the chips around the yard. We had dirt hauled in to fill in the whole and I now have a level area and I am trying to grow grass (a completely new story!). We totally appreciated Dave, his work and his attention to us. Thanks Dave!

Dave brought in his machine, which could fit in our limited access backyard. He got the job done. We were pleased with his work.

He is very nice guy and is not greedy. He is reasonable and is a local guy. The nice thing about him is that he has a walking machine. He is very timely and very efficient. He is extremely responsive. He has always been there exactly when I wanted him to be there.
