Ted was very pleasant and I really appreciated that he took the time to show me the heating element that was broken. His customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend his service to anyone needing repairs. He serviced my dryer on same day I got in touch with him!

Ted was very knowledgeable about our appliance and situation. Very happy he knew problem with customer service of our appliance and worked with them directly to not only take care of the repairs but cover our warranty. It was a big headache to be without the appliance but Ted promply handled the problem with us non technical seniors! Thanks. We were able to keep our appliance hopefully to last this time more than six years per customer service. Will recommend!

I got a call back same day and service within a couple of days. Appliance repair person was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue same day.
