Ted is exceptional!!! We've had him come 3 times in the past 2 weeks. He diagnosed our fridge that quit working 2x -- $50. Then we got our new fridge from a friend's friend and had Ted come make sure it was in working order -- so glad we did! He cleaned the fan, vacuumed what needed to be vacuumed and removed the mouse nest he found...all while being watched by our 2 year old twins who found him, his vacuum, and his work intriguing. You know how some people get nasty around kids or pretend to like them, well that's not the case with Ted, he was nice. When he needed space he let them know. Seriously, can't say enough! He has a great attitude about his work because he loves what he does. Just glad we found someone who is family friendly and genuine. AND good at what he does!
