James showed up early (after calling to let me know he was available and by mutual agreement) and was extremely easy to work with.   He did his job quickly but thoroughly and answered all of my annoying questions with total professionalism and patience. I was concerned about my four year old and I still being in the house and that my 2 year old would be home soon.  James explained what he was going to do and where and the precautions I should take.  Everything was reasonable and explained in terms easy for me to understand so I felt comfortable having my children in the house.   I was very pleased with their honestly, promptness and level of detail in the informaiton and work they provided.  I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them in the future if needed.

He is very very efficient.  He was very good.  I heard he was a bit expensive but he continues to come throughout the year with no trouble at all.  I was quite pleased with him.  He knows his job very very well.

I called, they came out right away and gave an estimate. I said go, they took care of it. They were fast, efficient and effective! They followed up several times to make sure all was well. Great company to work with!

Ben literally crawled around our entire foundation looking for access points and carefully sealed them all.  He needed a little creativity in the garage but had the materials necessary to seal that areas as well.  He was right on time and I would say stayed a couple of hours.

He estimated we had about a half dozen mice in the house.  The traps caught 4 and the cat caught one and we haven't seen a mouse in 5 months so I can't comment on the follow-up process because we haven't needed it.

I really liked Ben's willingness to answer my questions and share his knowledge about  mouse behavior..

They were very efficient and thorough. They came out and took care of our pest issues. We had a complication with mice in our foundation. They came out and did a very good job, under the circumstances. The price was very good as well. I will continue to use them in the future.

Since I have used them I have not had any issues with rodents or spiders. If they see anything they can fix they do. They go above and beyond my expectations. They do a great job!

They did an excellent job.  They came out, diagnosed the problem, they sprayed it.  It rained shortly thereafter that so they came out again and sprayed it and I have not seen it since.  They did a real good job.

I contacted Rainbow PestExperts on a Monday and they were able to come out the same day!  I moved into a new home and found some mouse droppings so they came and did a free inspection.  I was provided with a very thorough explanation of what the recommended service was, and quoted a very reasonable price for the services.  The gentleman that came was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind.  I have signed up for the service yet as I wanted to get settled into my new home first, but I will definitely be using this company when I do!  Highly recommended!!

They did a really good job except they have a company policy that they can not go in spaces smaller then three feet. In that small space I had a termite entrance under there.

Everything went well.  They have proven to be punctual, dependable, and effective pest control providers.  We will continue to use them in the future.

It went fine.  He appeared, we talked about the problem, he performed his service, got paid and left.

They do a great job. I have had a graet experience with them.

They said well I have another job and he realized he needed to finish my home before leaving. They did end up fixing the problem.

I have been pleased with them. We had a couple of glitches in the scheduling. I don’t remember the price because I haven’t yet got the bill. I think their quote was about a couple of hundred dollars. They did a good job. They didn’t leave odds and ends lying around or anything. They were here and they were very professional. They explained what they could and couldn’t do. They also explained what it would take them to be able to do a better job. I have kind of a weird house and there were accessibility problems with certain areas. It’s a 1950’s house with several additions. There were issues with being able to get back things, but that wasn’t a major consideration with the people who did the additions. However, Rainbow Pest Experts were able to handle it. We had some scheduling problems in terms of them matching up. They weren’t able to get here quite as soon as I would have liked, but it’s really unreasonable to call somebody and expect them to come out in two days. I was leaving town and they were busy. So, we were back and forth. They were extremely helpful and returned all my phone calls promptly. They called me to double check on the timing and things. I was going to call them when I got back in town, but they called me first which really impressed me. Usually with service people, you are the one who has to keep initiating the contact. It was very good from what they said in terms of the way that they did the work. They explained that it would take some time to be certain of the results. They said that they will come back and take care of it if there is any activity after three weeks. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
