It went well as always. My window was stuck completely open, and they were able to get me in right away, order the part, get it fixed and get me out of there by the afternoon. They also provided a loaner. Excellent service!

I chose BAM because I wanted to find a Honda specialist for a valve adjustment and I noticed that Honda is one of the makes they concentrate on. The 15% off coupon was a nice added inducement. I was very impressed with the friendly attitude fron the owner Austin and Brady, who is one of the technicians, as well as the nice and very clean waiting area and shop. They knew a lot about Hondas, in this case more than the dealer, and I was happy with the price. Austin offered a loaner without me asking but I didn't need it. The car was finished on time and I am happy with the results. I will definitely call on them the next time I need service. They seem honest and trustworthy.

They diagnosed my sound as a wheel bearing that was going out. They also found some other smaller issues, gave me a quote for everything, and helped me figure out what needed to be addressed now and what could be done a few months from now. They had new plugs in the car and a new wheel bearing within four or five hours, and gave me a free loaner car. I had previously come here to get a new battery for the car; these guys have a great small business, and really value their customers. They get to know you, and remember you when you come back.

There is a reason to do business with people you know, like, and trust! I dropped my car off at a chain shop that was convenient to my house while I traveled last week for some simple maintenance. When they called me with their recommendations of nearly $4000, I was shocked! I called Austin at BAM Automotive to help me digest some of the information I had received. He told me to bring it in while I traveled this week and he'd take a look - not only did I not need all of the recommended work, they did not perform the work they charged me for (which has now been confirmed by the chain shop.) BAM is 45 min from me but Austin has personally made sure that any of the inconvenience in location has been erased with service. I have a clear understanding of what is needed and I've truly never felt so taken care of! I 100% recommend these guys!

I'm fairly new to Minnesota and hadn't yet found an auto shop to use for repairs. My car wouldn't start at home on a Sunday and I wanted to call AAA and have it towed to a shop (if necessary) that evening, so I wouldn't have to deal with it from work the next day. I sent BAM a message on Facebook on the off-chance that I could get a response during non-business hours and I got a response within an hour. AAA was able to get the car started, so I didn't need to get it towed, but I took it into BAM the next day. They were able to provide me with a loaner car for the day while they worked on mine. They worked quickly and had my car done the same day. They gave me advice on the noise from the rear wheels and advised that no work was required on it at this stage. BAM absolutely earned my continued business. I'll continue to use them as my default shop (except for tires; they don't do tires.)

It went very well, very helpful, reasonable pricing ( plus a great 15% off coupon from Angieslist!), and i felt they were very honest with me. I will be a return customer with BAM! automotive!
