They definitely did a really nice job. They were a little bit expensive but they did a nice job.

Bill was great. The project was complicated because he was matching existing flooring and he had to work around 2 dogs and a cat. As a single mom I needed extra help, and he went above and beyond - even coming back on a Saturday to get the washer and dryer back in place and functioning. He even solved a plug issue I had that made the stove jut out too far. I'm saving money to have him tile a backsplash and remodel a bathroom.

Their price was very fair. He did an excellent job. The cleanup was good, and there was nothing left after he was done.

Overall he did a very thorough job. He first did a moisture test on our slab home, testing the amount of pressure it needed to keep it out. He then added a sealant and a plastic mat. He then inlaid a floating hard wood floor. He is very knowledgeable, honest and very thorough. He did very nice work.

I think I got more than my money's worth and we scheduled the work about a week in advance. The duration of the job was estimated at about 2 days but the actual work took about 2 1/2. Excellent work. Bill, the owner volunteered to tint the refinishing to better match the existing hardwood floors in the other rooms.

Bill was prompt, friendly and professional. He is apparently swamped with business, but did his best to fit us in on both occasions. He is the relative of a friend of mine, so maybe we got a little extra special treatment! But my impression was that he provides excellent service to all customers. We were certainly pleased with the work. The floors looked fabulous, he gave us some free cleaning supplies, and he did not leave a mess. We were planning to use his services again (in winter 2007) to redo the hardwood floors in the rest of the rooms from which we had removed carpeting, but we went with someone else who offered a better price. Unfortunately, we sacrificed quality and service with this other contractor. I wish we had stuck with Bill!
