Our experince with TCHR was excruciating painful. They treated their tenant as their client and not us the 'Rental Home Owner'. TCHR picked the client and signed a TCHR 12 month lease with their appicant with out our approval. When we informed them that we didn't want this applicant they stated a lease has already been signed. Immediatly after the tenant moved in there were several lease violations. TCHR didn't follow their lease when lease violations occured but sent a warning letter '3 strikes and your out' to the tenant. This isn't in their lease. Multiple violations still went on at the house through the next 2 months along with water damage/warped the kitchen/dining room's hard wood floor. Still no 2nd leter of violation sent to the tenant by TCHR or a conversation about eviction due to the damage the tenant caused. TCHR couldn't even get the tenant to pay for any repairs for the damages they caused. More violations and damages were to follow in the next couple of months. Had to fire TCHR after 6 months of their very poor property management choices and removed the tenant myself. What a waist of time, energy and money. I hired them so I didn't have to go through any of these issues. So much for TCHR Treating your house like theirs and the Teanant Guaratee claim they make is a joke.
