"Thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you. I enjoyed meeting with you and am glad we were able to meet before winter set in. I am looking forward to reviewing your landscape plans with you soon."
"I am am sorry you were not happy with our services. Yes our schedule can be quite booked up in the start of the season, however we do have a variety of times available to meet with our clients, and it does depend on our clients availability to see what will work best, sometimes the preferred times can be booked out 2 weeks or more . Yes we were late, approx 15 min due to traffic and being a bit turned around in the neighborhood, and did reschedule the appointment with in the week as it no longer fit your schedule that day. As for the relevancy of the information; we had addressed your questions as to the plantings in the yard and provided insight and options that had interested you at the time. We had discussed your back yard in ways to make it more private and functional- yes a few ideas were a stretch, but others were quite attainable. Landscapes can be quite open to interpretation, and very rarely is there a set right or wrong way to accomplish a certain affect, to find what works best for our clients we rely on the conversations we have and the information provided by the client to help steer the designer into a direction that will best suit the client with the options we share. We would love to know more if you felt we were not listening to your needs you were sharing, or if we just perhaps we didn't understand all of what you were looking to know. We appreciate your comments so we can continue to make the experience better."
"Thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you. It was a pleasure helping you find some great ideas and solutions for your front yard. Please know we do have your plan of file for when you are ready to accomplish your landscape work. Thanks again!"
"SO glad that we were able to provide you with a great plan! I look forward to seeing the finished project and am happy to be of service for any other landscape needs."
"Thank you very much for having had us out. It was a pleasure to meet with you and share ideas. I appreciate that you will be able to incorporate some of the ideas we shared. Please let us know if there is anything more we can help with: follow up consultation or having the crew help you with your installation. I look forward to seeing how your back yard comes together! Thanks again for the opportunity to serve you!"
"Thank you so much for the opportunity to have met with you. I am sorry that the information I shared were things you knew, had I known you were interested in more in depth information we could have modified the information we were sharing. We do try to contour each of our consultations to our clients needs, however input from our clients is critical in our ability to do that. We would be happy to chat with you again to help amend this."
"So glad we are able to inspire you and share some wonderful ideas for your new landscape and garden spaces. I look forward to seeing how things grow as you install your landscape. Please let me know if I can be of any other help."
trouble writing it all down. I would have paid more to have a draw up
of plans sent to me.
"Thank so much for the opportunity to have met with you. I am glad we were able to provide you with great ideas! At the end of the conversation you should have been presented with the opportunity to have plans drawn up ( yes there is an additional fee for this based on the scope of work). The opportunity for plans to be drawn is still available to you as well- all you need to do is contact us to let us know and we can follow up based on information shared during our consult. Thanks again!"
The landscaping was done well, the quality of the patio is remarkable, as is the work on the new back porch. Her choices for plants was excellent and the planting work seems to have been done flawlessly, though the winter isn't over yet.
Diana was always on time to appointments, her e-mail communication took follow-up on my part on a couple occasions, but the overall project was really outstanding.
"Thank you for the review and the opportunity to respond. Yes we do use product catalogs and pictures of past projects to help express ideas that we may be alluding to when discussing ideas for your landscape, as we have found this to be most helpful for people to get a feel for the ideas we share. Every landscape is unique when various ideas come together as a whole with your input guiding us along the way, whether they have been done before or are new for us. Your comments as we consult are what help steer us in directions for how conservative or extensive the design ideas can be so that we do not intentionally over or under suggest ideas for you in regards to segments with in a space or the overall concepts themselves. We would be happy to follow up with you and find other suggestions that could be more than what we previously suggested if you are indeed open to more change."
"Yes we were able to provide ideas on the space, including the amount of time and effort that would provide the best results. I was quite upfront with there being work that needed to be done before our crews would be able to do quality plantings in a reclaimed Buckthorn space. There are services I could provide to prepare for the plantings, or could be accomplished directly by the client. I am quite comfortable with the work being done separately from our crews and would be happy to be of service to you when the Buckthorn is under control and you are ready for design work."
"My sincere apologies for not having connected with you earlier and have reached out to you again recently. I do recall we had a follow up meeting to review the wonderful ideas for your backyard, and that there were scheduling issues on my end. Since then we have made changes to prevent this from happening again, however you should have received phone calls and emails for us to connect- Please let it be know we did not intentionally miss any appointments with you and would love the opportunity to be of service to you. Trio Landscaping’s goal is to express the vision of possibility rooted in the yards, families and clients we inspire. In regards to budget; this vision may not have been the budget you had initially considered and we do want to make sure that great design is not out of reach, so conversations of style and materials and what can really achieve your goals are important as they greatly impact the estimated budgets we share with you. We also understand there are many levels of landscape design/ build companies in the metro and while we are not the cheapest we are moderately priced for the level of service and expertise we provide. Yes we do charge for the different levels of service that we offer, however we would like to note that for our projects that are installed under our management the design fees are credited back to you at invoicing. I would be happy to be of service to you and the wonderful opportunities that you envision for your landscape."
"Thank you, it was great to be able to meet you and help you with your trees and other landscape ideas. I would love to be able to help you with plans when you are ready."
"I am so glad to have been of service to you. We love to educate our clients in many aspects of their landscape as well make suggestions for new. I do hope you will consider us again for your next project."
"Thanks for the review! Diana Grundeen met with you in July of 2011 and shared some ideas for both your front and back yard. These were ideas that you have the opportunity to implement on your own to help meet a smaller budget, or could have us take care of for you. We understand that every client has an of idea of what expensive is when it comes to investing in their landscape and that we may not fit everyone's needs. Helping you understand what that investment is for the goal you want to accomplish is part of our consultation with you. The more you know of what you are looking to invest the better we can help you adjust the vision to meet the budget, or that it might not be attainable for that budget and we need to adjust both vision and budget to make things work comfortably for you. Knowing we talked about some fun inclusions to help you enjoy your landscape, and that does affect the budget, things can be scaled back as well. We would be happy to do a follow up consultation to help you with these ideas."
They were able to get the work done even though the weather was very challenging those two days. We thought that we were listened to very well when we explained what we would like to have done and the problems we wanted corrected from the poor work another contractor had done previously in the fall of 2011.
Diana (the owner) was very knowledgable about the trees, plants and what would work best for our needs/desires when we planned this landscaping project with her. We couldn't be more pleased with this whole project.
Best lesson learned for us was that you get what you pay for; the previous year we went with a cheaper contractor and and we got exactly what we paid for, poor workmanship. This time we were smart and we couldn't be happier.
After we had the plan for a while Diana meet with to go over our questions.
